Very clean, modern and convenient location near restaurants stores and the beach. They have noise makers in each bedroom, and we enjoyed the heck out of the porch. Loved the hot tub and all the beach chais, bikes and amenities! Loved our stay!! Great house!

Great Location

The house is exactly as described, very clean, and so comfortable. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen and beach gear provided was very convenient. Hot tub is a great why to relax after a day at the beach.

Wonderful beach cottage

Just about everything about this place was perfect, from the quartz countertops in the fully equipped kitchen, to the hot tub , to the comfy beds and linens. It’s close to the beach and to restaurants . We’d definitely gladly stay here again.

Easy, close to beach

This is a very tidy, clean house. Very comfortable sheets, towels, bed etc. Nice housewares as well. The host made sure we had everything we needed and was available for any asks or needs. We also got tips on events happening while in the OBX. Location is great, nice beach. Close to a grocery store, walking distance to get ice cream with the kids. I would happily recommend.

A great rental. Communication with owners was excellent - quick and clear responses to any inquiries. Location of beach house is great, and all the images in the listing are an accurate representation of the property. Well appointed with kitchen items and beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cornhole, beach cart, etc). Looking forward to going back...

Home Away from Home

This property is perfect. Perfect location for all activities. Beach access, take your pick. Neighborhood, quite and friendly. The house itself is ideal. The deck is forever the best spot to enjoy the ocean breeze. We will be back.

Loved our stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. House is well stocked and the host is very accommodating. Everything is well kept and clean. I have to say the beds are amazing and super comfy for a good nights rest. Just a short walk to the beach and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely return when we are back in the area. Thank you for the great stay!

Exceptionally clean!

This is the most adorable cottage! Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It was very conveniently located to all Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head had to offer and super close to the beach access. I loved that it had a fenced in yard for my pup to run around in. I would rate this property much higher if I could and will definitely stay here again when we are in town!

What a wonderful home!

This was just the best home, so clean, and stocked so thoughtfully with everything one might need - all the kitchen utensils needed, sound machines in each bedroom, books, games, you name it. Super short walk to the beach. We had the best stay and can’t wait to come back!

Family Vacation

It was a really nice time in the location with family and pet. Easy transaction, fast responses to questions, good parking, plently of varied things to do, close walk to the beach, safe neighborhood. Really apprecriated the well stocked kitchen, clean beddings, good sized rooms. We did bring/use extra towels.

Decent accommodations but not what I expected based on the listing

Property was decently located (3 min walk to the beach), and we appreciated the decor and provided toiletries, towels, and blankets. The kitchen was great and I loved all of the cookware, bakeware, and dishes available. The house was mostly clean…but we had sand in our bed..before we got in it…under the blanket, so obviously from the last guests. My biggest complaint is that it was not what I was expecting based on the description and photos on Vrbo. This was disappointing, especially considering the price point of this rental. 3 bed/3 bath were advertised, but we only had 3 bed/2bath easily accessible. We found a 1/2 bath in the basement access, near the laundry room, but the main house was not accessible from the basement entrance, so the bathroom was impractical for use by the guest in the third bedroom (had to leave the house and walk outside to access it). It would have been great to be able to access the rest of the house from the parking pad via basement, instead of having to carry all of our stuff up the outside steps….kinda defeats the purpose of a covered parking pad, if you can’t get in and out of the house under cover. Lastly, the lock on the front door was annoying. The delay was too short to be practical for bringing things out and into the house.
