I stayed at GTC Residence and unfortunately had several issues during my visit. On the first night, there was no hot water and the TV was set in a different language, making it unusable. Later in the stay, a power outage disrupted an important business meeting, which cost me financially. While management did apologize and issue a partial refund, the overall experience fell short of expectations.
Suggestions for Improvement:
Ensure all rooms have hot water consistently available.
Provide clear instructions or settings for the TV so international guests can use it easily.
Install backup power solutions or have contingency plans in place to avoid outages.
Improve communication with guests when issues arise, with proactive solutions rather than reactive apologies.
With these improvements, the property could provide a much more reliable and comfortable experience for future guests.
