Fantastisk plats !!! Franklin centrum, Tennessee och bara ett kvarter från Main Street. Huset ligger på gångavstånd till Franklin Theatre, Public Square, shoppingcentret, massor av restauranger etc. Detta historiska hem från 1930-talet är helt renoverat och utökat för att skapa en tre-sovrum, två-full bad reträtt i historiska Franklin. Lokalt ägt en drivs av Franklin infödda!

A wonderful stay!

We can't say enough positive things about our weekend stay! The property is in a wonderful location to enjoy Franklin and we happened to be there on the festival weekend - so there was lots to see/do(we were in town for a wedding) The house was such an awesome gathering spot for us and our adult kids - if we ever get back to Franklin, this would be our first choice!

Wonderful Ladies Annual Trip

We pick a new place to visit each year with a group of 4 ladies. This was perfect location. We took a day trip to Nashville but really enjoyed the town of Franklin much better. The food, shopping, the walk ability is all amazing! I’d like to move here! A quaint town and perfect location!

Weekend in Franklin

Three couples came to Franklin for a wedding of a good friend. This house was so cute and absolutely perfect. It had a great layout and was walking distance to a lot of the shops and restaurants in Franklin. Highly recommend!

Remarkable property. Seems small at entry but lots of space in the addition in the rear including beautiful courtyard space. A block from Main Street and all the downtown Franklin shops and restaurants. All of our crew loved it and were very impressed by location, space and quality of this place. Thanks for the memories!

Perfect House and Perfect Location!

This house was perfect in every way. Very clean and decorated so cute. Easy walk to downtown for dining and shopping. We will definitely stay at this house again for a future trip to Franklin. Thank you for letting us stay at the LFH!

Great downtown location!

We were three friends getting together for the weekend. So nice to each have our own room, with a great gathering room, and walkability to all we wanted to do!

This was a girls weekend getaway to Franklin and the property was outstanding. This was the cutest little house with all the amenities needed for a getaway. You literally can not beat the location. The day we arrived, we no longer needed our car as everything was walkable. So close to town center as well as The Factory.

The Little Franklin House

The house was very comfortable and decorated so nicely. We loved the artwork around the house and the fully stocked kitchen! It was so convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping in Franklin. Will definitely recommend it to family members.

Charming home, amazing location

My family has traveled to Franklin on many occasions, and we always stay near Main Street. This home is conveniently located to all the restaurants and shops and is a short drive to historic sites. The decor is charming, and there is plenty of room for a family of 4 (w/2 teens). Parking on the driveway was a nice benefit.

Franklin Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Franklin house on Church Street! It was so easy to get to and find. We love that we could fit both cars in the driveway. The house was clean and beautiful. It was so close to all things in downtown and just a short drive to the historic site! We highly recommend staying at this house!

AMAZING HOME, AMAZING LOCATION!

Gosh, we were so blessed to find this wonderful and well equipped property! So super (walking-distance) close to cute Franklin, and filled with anything you might need. We had a girls weekend to attend a function... since it rained, it was cozy and comfy to hang around the house and enjoy each other's company!

Cute Church Street property!

This was my second time staying at this darling house! (First time was for a girls trip) when our grandson’s baseball team scheduled a tournament in Franklin we knew we wanted to stay here! It’s walking distance to shops and great restaurants. The beds are comfortable and updated bathrooms. Very clean!! Much nicer than the new hotel the rest were in! This is an amazing property! We loved it!

Wonderful gem in Franklin

The house was a perfect vacation spot! It was had lots of room for my family and it was walking distance to Franklin square (around the corner from Biscuit Love). The location is less than 30 minutes from Nashville so you can easily spend a day or so in Nashville. We spent time on the scenic drives, did the battlefield tour at Carnton House(a must) and toured Carter House and Carnton House. So much history in a beautiful town that has EVERYTHING. The HOUSE was perfect…wonderful location and beautiful house!

Gem of a house in perfect location

We just got back from a 2 night stay at this gem of a home. The house is beautiful, well equipped, AC works wonderfully and cooled house quickly - but truly..it’s the LOCATION! Such a perfect spot for visiting Franklin. We went for a quick girls trip and all the restaurants and shopping were literally a 2 minute walk around the corner. Great communication with owner - and across the street appears to be police station, which made us ladies feel extra safe :) would absolutely stay again. 10/10 recommend.

The best!

I’ve stayed in Franklin several times and this has been, by far, my favorite place! The location was great with being walking distance to everything. We never had to Uber unless we went to Nashville. The home is much bigger than we expected & the outdoor patio was great for morning coffee & just to hang out in the evenings! Thank you for such a great experience!

Great house!

My sister and I are in the high-end nightly rental business and we are very picky about where we stay and look for all the attention to details. This Little Franklin House checked all the boxes. It was clean, well appointed, the beds were awesome and we loved the little fans on the night stands. Great interaction with management as well. Great Job!!!!

Beautiful!

The Little Franklin House was absolutely beautiful! What a fun spot! This is hands down the best rental property I have ever stayed at. The house was beautifully designed with so many thoughtful details. I appreciate the heart of hosting that shines through. We celebrated the Fourth of July here and had a wonderful time. The house’s location was perfect. A very quick walk to downtown, shops, and restaurants. We had a blast. Thank you for hosting us, made some sweet family memories.

PERFECT LOCATION and PERFECT HOUSE!

As a nurse, I tend to be skeptical about vacation rental properties as I have had poor experiences in the past. But this little house in Franklin was PERFECT for the group of 3 of us! (childhood friends for over 50 years!) The house was very clean, decorated perfectly, and equipped with good quality linens and housewares. And the location to walk to downtown Franklin to shop or eat is so convenient! We loved the house and highly recommend it!
