A meticulously converted mini-farm, the perfect place to launch your Middle TN adventures. Located NE of Nashville on 5 acres, this well appointed home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a huge bonus room loaded with bunk beds, a pingpong room, a wonderful hot tub terrace & a detached barn equipped with games & entertainment options such as a karaoke stage, a bar, poker table/chips, pool table, TV, seating & so much more. With 15 beds it's perfect for the whole family!

We’ve found that it helps to describe the house layout and bed set up, so here’s what to expect:

On the main level of the dwelling you will find a fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to prepare family meals at home. The living room and dining area is adjacent to the kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats 10 people.

Also located on the main level is a laundry room, access to the rear deck with hot tub area, along with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and an additional twin roll-away bed stored in the walk-in closet. This room has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, access to a private back patio and a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. (Sleeps up to 3 people on 2 beds).

Bedroom #2 has a Queen sized bed and a flat screen TV. This room is not en-suite but there are 2 full bathrooms that are located on this floor to utilize. (Sleeps up to 2 people on 1 bed).

Bedroom #3 has a Queen sized bed and a flat screen TV. This room is not en-suite but there are 2 full bathrooms that are located on this floor to utilize. (Sleeps up to 2 people on 1 bed).

Bedroom #4 has a Queen sized bed and a flat screen TV. This room is not en-suite but there are 2 full bathrooms that are located on this floor to utilize. (Sleeps up to 2 people on 1 bed).

The basement level consists of 2 rooms designed for entertainment and a plethora of bunk beds for kids to enjoy a great ‘sleep over’ environment.

The main bonus room on this level has comfortable seating orientated around a large flat screen tv, an arcade game to keep everyone entertained and then on the back wall we feature 3 sets of twin bunk beds, all with pull-out twin trundles below them. We also have an additional twin roll-away bed (totaling 10 twin beds in this area). We have conveniently mounted a curtain rail that helps divide the room incase some are sleeping and others lounging in front of the TV.

Finally, there is a converted 1 car garage in the basement that is now a play room, with a ping pong table, wall-mounted guitar, corn hole boards and high top seating.

Being located in Sumner County approximately 35 mins drive to Nashville, you are close to many state and local parks, plenty of marinas and public boat ramps to enjoy fishing and boating on Old Hickory lake and even within an hour of touring some of Kentucky’s exceptional cave systems!

One bit of house keeping we always wish to address on the front end is that despite being in a rural area, we do still have neighbors and we ask that our guests are always respectful of the peace and quiet that is revered by homes in the countryside. With this in mind, please refrain from playing loud music on the premises and do not wander onto the adjoining properties.
