This was a lovely location, walking distance to downtown. Beautiful river views! Had everything we needed. Only suggestion I would have is to have regular size hangers to hang clothes.

Condo was in good condition. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Surrounding areas were under construction which made trips a little bumpy. Walking to downtown was good but had to walk past homeless people who didn't bother you but msde us a little uneasy. After sunset we Ubered as was recommended by our host.Condo was clean but needs to be updated. There were a couple itemsneeding repair which i conveyed to our host. We will guve it a 4 star rating due to the aboveisted reasons.

Overall, we were happy we booked. The unit shows its age a bit, but not in a way that gets in the way of your stay. The units are a bit tucked away...in a somewhat industrial part of Nashville. That said, we were able to walk to lots of places (these walks were 10-30 minutes one way). At the time we stayed, there was lots of construction going on nearby (roadwork, buildings being renovated, etc.). So, soon the area should have quite a "new" feel to it. Noise wise, you can hear the tenants above and to either side. But, everyone was respectful and seemed to keep to the "quiet hours."The owner is quite friendly and responds quickly.

Directions for parking and check-in instructions from Rebecca were spot on! We pretty much only showered and slept there as we wanted to experience as much as Nashville as we could. Rebecca was very helpful with suggestions.

Great stay

It was an amazing place. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only problem we encountered was the homeless population living between the house and Downtown Nashville. However the neighborhood was very walkable to downtown Nashville and the apartment complex was very nice.

Had a great time!

Perfect size for my husband and I, our 12 year old daughter and 10lb dachshund. A short walk to downtown Nashville and close to some restaurants and a brewery. Rebecca was very prompt in her communication. Would recommend!

first timers to nashville

the place was very clean and perfect size for small family. We did not realize it was near train tracks however it did not bother us. it is a close drive to broadway. the only thing i hated about the trip which has nothing to do with this lovely have was that you had to pay for parking everywhere you go even if to walgreens! but over all we enjoyed our stay

Music City Vacay

We were in town for 4 days. The pool was wonderful during the day. (Be sure to bring beach towels.) Enjoyed watching the morning boat traffic on the river from the patio while drinking coffee. The walk to Broadway took us about 15 minutes by following the “River Walk”. The unit itself is just as it shows online. It is well-appointed with many small details covered, such as: trash bags, hand and dish soaps, coffee pods, shampoo/conditioner, makeup remover, hair dryer, makeup mirror, snacks, waters, and kitchen essentials. Beds are comfy and have great linens and pillows. Would definitely stay here, again! Thank you, Rebecca:)

What a great weekend!

From start to finish we could not have asked for more! Rebecca had amazing communication! Her communication about check in was wonderful. We did not need her help but she still reached out to us several times during our stay. The location was perfect for us. Nissan Stadium and Broadway are an easy 20 minute walk. We had our dogs with us and never felt unsafe taking them out. The location is very well lit and was quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect oasis in Nash-Vegas!

Accommodations were extremely comfortable and clean. Communication with the manager was top notch. Location was perfect for walking to and from downtown. An excellent excellent choice for a stay in Nashville.
