Privat gästsvit i lägre bostadsnivå (vi bor på övervåningen) med privat gated ingång. beläget i lugn, ny mitten / exklusiv underavdelning. Anlagda, väl upplysta, sidovandringar. Privat gästsvit har utsikt över stadens ägda park, före detta Ravenwood country club, med privat tillgång till gångvägar från inhägnad trädgård. 17 kilometer från Downtown Nashville. Enkel åtkomst till mellanstat 40. Flygplatsen ligger 5 km bort. Och 3 mil från presidentens hem och museum för Andrew Jackson.

Du har full tillgång till privat gästsvit på lägre nivå av bostaden. Det är vackert inredda och mycket bekväma. Det känns som om du har din egen lägenhet.

"The Neighbors are watching & we are being watched" said the Host

The host told me their neighbors are watching & we were being watched. This is the most uncomfortable thing I've ever been told & we didn't feel comfortable staying at the property. My mom, my boyfriend, & I were visiting Nashville & were the only ones staying at the property. I received a message that my reservation was going to be canceled as policies at the property were broken, & visitors were not allowed. The listing does not say that anywhere, it only states that parties are not allowed, & we just had family visiting & picking us up from the property. After that was cleared up, we still didn't feel comfortable & we only went to the property to sleep & shower. The shower has mold in the corners. There is no access to a thermostat. It is cool, but it did feel very humid & damp. There wasn't a clear path to the side gate entrance as the plants were over grown & were full of spiders. The front door lock does not close correctly & took a few tries for it to lock every time. The outdoor patio furniture was full of spider webs & bugs, I do not recommend you sitting on them. This is also a shared space, and this is not clearly stated in the property info. You are renting the bottom basement portion of the home & can hear the upstairs movement. The host is now claiming that we burnt a coffee machine & could have caused a fire. This machine was used the first morning of our stay and was not used again. There was never a burnt smell, and it was off.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Great getaway!

It was soo relaxing! Loved the private porch. We sat and watched the planes fly over. Close to a variety of restaurants. Not too far from White House, Hendersonville, downtown Nashville and Goodletsville. It was truly one of our best vacations. We bring everything with us. Not expecting condiments, coffee and so on. Wonderful!!

Beautiful Location

We stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary to visit Nashville for a few days. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entry path on the side of the house, located on a gorgeous community of homes that appear to have been built on a non-active golf course. The place was very clean, beautifully decorated with a cozy feel. Bed is super comfortable, and stay is not far from downtown, and the Opry (about a 15-minute drive). There are several stores nearby (Target, Kohls, Starbucks, Dollar Tree), that we walked to using the Greenway Trail. We accessed the trail from the backyard gate through the golf course using Google map's satellite to locate the shortcut from the golf course onto the trail. It was about a 3-mile hike round-trip, but the stores are probably less than a mile away by car. The scenery from the apartment and the porch are stunning. We enjoyed our cup of coffee on the porch every morning and saw deer on several occasions right on the property and lots of Cardinals flying around. Hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly to inquiries. We would definitely recommend this place and will most likely stay here again on our next visit to Nashville. Thank you to our hosts for making our stay a memorable one. I included some pictures of our hike to the store through the golf course.

Very nice property, wonderful neighborhood!

Very nice property and neighborhood. The rental is in the lower level of a home in a beautiful neighborhood just east of Nashville; convenient location to everything. It is small but just fine for a couple. The kitchen is more of a kitchenette. No dishwasher and very limited utensils and cookware. Also, no grill available outside. You are probably not going to cook much more than breakfast or snacks there. The king bed was very comfortable! The communication with the owners was excellent. There was a tornado warning in the middle of the night, and they checked in on us (via text) to make sure we were okay! Thank you!As I mentioned, this is in the lower level (basement walk out with its own entrance) so it was a little humid/damp/cool when we were there. There was a small, portable dehumidifier the size of a smoke alarm hanging in the closet that we didn't find until the morning we left. That might have helped. Overall, it was very nice, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Nashville 10/18-10/20

We really enjoyed our visit. The place was really accommodating and supplied us with all of our needs. We stayed for the weekend here to enjoy the city for a day and to see a concert. It was nice to sit out and enjoy the outside seating and to just take in the surroundings. We enjoyed our walk with coffee of course that started from the backyard to a walkway onto what looked to of been a golfcourse. Highly recommend this place for your stay, everything was like being a home away from home. Loved the theme they created with it as well. Thank you!!! Bryan & Shawna

A great country vibe while in the city with easy driving access to it all! The decor was excellent, a quiet neighborhood, and pool access too. We were able to cook a few meals, relax and yet go out and about with ease! The hosts are kind, welcoming and generous with amenities. Away from the bustle but still close. A short Uber ride from downtown. We loved the quiet park and trails right out the back yard….and we live on a farm! It was a nice stay.

Wonderful Nashville stay!

This property is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Everything about working with the owner and the property was super easy. We needed a quiet place to relax after our many adventures and this was just the place!

Comfortable place for couple to spend weekend in Nashville. Close to the Hermitage 20 minutes from downtown. Comfortable bed nice patio overlooking park (daily visits by deer in morning and evening).

They home was beautiful. We had a difficult time with their lock on the house for entry. They did't have clear instructions for getting into the property. Our second night there we had issues with the bathroom toilet. We text them about it and they said there was nothing they could do. We had to go use the bathroom at the Mcdonalds.
