Guest Access:
Self check in (Smart Lock). You'll have the entire condo to yourself! The rooftop deck, Pool (pool is opened in May and closes October 31st), lounges, conference room and gym are shared building amenities that you will have full access to.

H&O is perfectly located in the historic and highly walkable Music Row neighborhood. With tree-lined sidewalks, dedicated bike lanes and a sought after central location, you're only steps from the best dining, shopping, parks, and entertainment destinations. Just steps from Vanderbilt, Belmont, 12 South, the Gulch and a short ride to downtown, the location is perfectly situated to everything there is to do in Nashville.
Getting Around:
Very walkable neighborhood. Quick 1.2 mile uber or drive to Broadway.
Other Things to Note:
Parking in the garage (free) is unassigned and on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional free street parking also available. The pool opens in May and Closes October 31st for the season.
