Detta vackra lägenhet med 2 sovrum / 2 badrum ligger mellan vackra Germantown och Downtown Nashville, och är en billig rida-andel från Nashville bästa attraktioner. Dessa lägenheter ligger bara några minuter från Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheatre och The Ryman Auditorium. Detta är verkligen ett utmärkt läge för Nashville-upplevelsen.

Nice floor plan, reasonable cost relative to comparable rentals and locations. Check-in codes weren't sent two hours prior per instructions, but the emergency back up number responded quickly with codes right at check-in time.

First time to Nashville

Clean unit and nice neighborhood. Kitchen had everything we needed as well as linens. My teenage son groaned when he had to sleep on the sofa bed but it was very comfortable and not your typical sofa mattress! The walk to downtown was a little longer than expected but not bad.

Would like more than one towel per person. We liked that we could walk to downtown. It’s the perfect size for 4 people. We missed not having a sports channel. Thanks for everything.

May Visit

Great condo, easy check in process! Easy walk to Broadway. Jonathan’s is a three minute walk from the condo great sports bar. The condo is advertised as a 2-6 person place the main sitting area only sits three. We brought a deck chair in but there should be more seating. Otherwise the stay was great !

Beautiful place

The place was very clean and a very nice place to stay close to lower Broadway in Nashville. We could not find the parking pass for our vehicle, luckily we did not get towed. The neighborhood seems a little sketchy after dark. Besides those things, I would stay again!

Bathroom

The place is great, very clean, beds comfortable and any kitchen stuff you might need, parking was easy and safe,. My only comment is the bathrooms, I assumed that there would be one in the master BR and the other in the common area, i was surprised that both bathrooms were in the bedrooms, I could see this being odd for some guests, we were family but had no problem, just a comment, not a complaint! The location is amazing, we walked everywhere and had a great time, not my first visist and definitely not my last, I would stay there again !!

Great location

We are older folks & appreciate the elevator. The door lock is a little finicky but after some practice we got it to work. The space is perfect for two couples with each bedroom having spacious bathrooms & closets. The small balcony was a plus and used often. The location was perfect for us as it was a quiet neighborhood and walk to Broadway about 15 minutes. As others have mentioned there are active train tracks nearby. The one bedroom closest to tracks will have the most impact. If you can manage that, the condo is perfect.

This property was very clean, safe and within walking distance of Broadway and so many other attractions. Tim was very quick to respond to questions about the property. The tv is set up for streaming which was convenient. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice condo within walking distance from Broadway.

Condo was great! Train at all hours of the very early morning, kind of sucked. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Nashcar

We went to Nashville for the Nascar race. This property was a great location to do it all. About 30 minute drive to the superspeedway and walked to everything downtown. This place also gives you one parking spot that is covered which was nice. The living space itself was perfect for the 3 adults. Very clean and the patio was perfect....would recommend having 1 or 2 folding chairs in the closet as there are only 2 chairs on the patio. Other than that this is a great place to stay. I would rent this again!

Great location with a short walk to downtown.

Perfect for 2 couples. Clean property with responsive management. Right next to the ballpark where Nashville Sounds play. The train stops at a decent time and doesn’t start until after 8am, no issue with noise.

Perfect location, extremely clean!

This location was perfect. A short walk to everything, yet far enough that the neighborhood was quiet & peaceful. We noticed the train passing during the day, but it wasn’t loud enough to wake any of us up at night. It was only a $9 Uber to and from Nissan stadium, which was the only place we visited too far to walk. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we visit Nashville!

Location was key

Close enough to Broadway to walk to everything we wanted to see and we felt safe doing so day and night when traveling with a small group. We appreciated the feedback from one of the other reviews to bring ear plugs for the train that passes around the clock as the noise would have impacted sleep otherwise. Unit was what we expected and worked great for two couples.

This was a good space for 2 couples enjoying a long weekend in Nashville! Walking distance to all the activities/bars/restaurants in downtown, along Broadway and Printer's Alley, and to Nissan Stadium.
