There was no staff beyond a person that delivered extra toilet paper. There were no back up rolls and we went through the half roll present when we checked in. We had trouble with the numeric door lock which was a 4 digit code. Nowhere did it say the code needed to be followed by the pound sign (#). The room was as advertised with a very nice kitchen and appliances. The bathroom as also nicely upgraded. The shower floor was exceptionally slick and so was the bathroom floor when wet. There were no bathmats so we used some towels to avoid falls. This cut down on the towels we could use for personal drying. There was a small on sight parking area which required an extra fee to use it or you had to park on the street or whatever might be available in the alley. The bed was comfortable with memory foam pillows and topper. The thermostat for the unit was responsive. It met our needs but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

Apartment is nice, clean and comfortable, but there is very limited parking. The "garage" that is offered is not really a garage and has 3 parking spots. Street parking very limited with lots of intoxicated people partying till early morning hours. Next door the music played extremely loud. It's a walking distance to the stadium and if you don't mind walking, easily can walk to Broadway for great music and fun party.

Stayed at this property location prior to this new Management group there is absolute confusion with check-in process having errors associated with key code entry, not having front desk, big problema.

The apartment was conveniently located, clean and spacious. What I did not like was the check-in process and communication. I reserved 2 rooms, one for me and my husband and the other one for our business associate. Each room reservation had correct name and contact info. However when the property reached out with the check in information, they were emailing me his room codes, etc and not sending the ones I needed for our room. I had to call to get that situated. Then, when they corrected it and sent me the info the codes didn’t work. It’s very frustrating to drive over 10 hours and not be able to get in. When we called that it wasn’t working no one answered and we had to leave a message. By the time they called back 15 minutes later we had managed to get in, but it’s beyond frustrating when you’re exhausted and can’t access the apartment. Once in it was comfortable, however lacking some basics. In 2025 I do not think conditioner is a luxury. I consider it a basic toiletry that should be there. Trying to quickly get ready for a work event and not have basic shower products is disappointing at this price point. Parking is limited and the checkout process is also on your own. The spaciousness of the apartment is nice but I most definitely prefer the service and staff in a hotel.

Really nice spot

Really seemed like good value for the price. Clean and nicely decorated. Only complaint was the parking situation. The extra parking was down an alley, and it wasn’t clear if I paid the apt owner to park in one of their spots that I would be able come and go. It seemed like there weren’t enough spaces. Fortunately, I was able to park on the street, but I wasn’t super comfortable with that. Overall, very pleased. I wish we had been able to book a longer stay. Get some patio furniture on that balcony and it would be perfect for outdoor breakfast.

The entire unit was very nice overall, however the bathrooms could have been a little more cleaner with extra toilet paper. All so with the parking garage having very limited spaces, the direction for the over flow need to be clearer especially at night with the traffic from the near by bars

Disappointed stay.

Needs a dishcloth and dish towels. Coffee pot didn’t consistently work. Family room: Not enough seating and couch was tiny and stiff. We had 4 ppl in the room. Not realistic to have 3 ppl lounge on one tiny couch. No lamps. Only lighting was overhead , no couch pillows, furniture was cheap and fragile. Bedrooms: Absolutely nowhere to set anything down…no dresser, table or chair. Nightstand was extremely small. Bathroom was terrible. Nowhere to put a toiletry bag. No hooks or towel bars for towels..at all. Nothing !!! No proper door closure/locks Shower was horrible. No door on Shower so water gets all over the floor. Then you have to use your towel to place on the floor. No rugs to step out on bathroom floor after shower. Drain was clogged from prior guests. Disgusting. One roll of toilet paper No bar of soap Parking. You have to pay $30 a night to park. They only provide 4 spots and overflow lot was taken up by bar patrons next door. Airflow stunk. Temp down to 68 and the bedrooms remained hot. No ceiling fans but bathrooms were freezing. Needless to say, not a do- over. Only positives were the location and keyless entry.

Great location, local restaurant/bars/stores you can walk too. Place itself was clean, nice, and cozy. Only negative thing I’ll say is the hot water runs out quick. Happened every time someone showered. Besides that it was chill

The hotel/apt js clean, limited parking and no noise cancelling- you can hear everyone in the apartment. Bars and vendor right outside- plays loud music from 930pm till who knows.. do not recommend for people who likes to sleep quietly at night.

without any staff here things were out of control. I talked to students who had rented a room and had eight other students in the room to party. Loud music until 2 am. Then students consider this a "party house"

Comfortable, ok neighborhood with crappy parking

Our biggest issue was accessing the unit. First finding the lots we were allowed to park in and finding availability within. (no to mention the fact that we really didn’t wanna park too far away or down an alley that looks sketchy because the area seemed to be on the border of maybe not super nice to walk around with two kids at night.) While we paid for parking, we would up paying for free parking in the street… for free. I requested a reimbursement to no avail. We then had trouble getting into the unit with the code that was provided and couldn’t get in touch with anybody to let them know. It probably took us 30 minutes of standing around and calling to talk to property management group for them to activate the code. The inside was very nice and modern, although the living room seating was stiff and limited to say the least. There wasn’t really much in walking distance for us, but it wasn’t far from downtown if you don’t mind paying for parking on top of hotel parking. It was a very nice unit, but the dishwasher was also leaking so we were afraid to use it and cause a problem. I wouldn’t stay there again if for no other reason, the parking situation.

Clean comfortable room. Great location for walking to points of interest in East Nashville. Nice view from the rooftop deck. Noise from street and nearby establishments is a bit of an issue. I had expected the noise based on other reviews. It was not overly intrusive. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The location is perfect, took us around 20mins to walk to broadway. Lovely neighbourhood close to lots of cool bars and restaurants. The downside of this is that it can get a little noisy outside at night. There was a white noise machine in the bedroom which was great. The apartment had everything you’d need for a short stay and is close to a supermarket if needed. The bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. We had to contact the host for check in details as they weren’t sent by the 4pm check in time but we got a very quick email response and check in was seamless.
