The Southall House is a breathtaking 1910 Victorian home in Leiper's Fork Village. Walk to the village shops, restaurants, art galleries and Fox and Locke for the best live music around. Every treasure filled corner is seeped in history and luxury. You'll enjoy the flagstone patio, string lights and fire pit as much as the luxurious comforts and amenities of the three levels inside. Three out of six bedrooms include French doors that lead outside... so dreamy!



Southall House sits on a half acre lot that backs up to some of the most beautiful land in Leiper's Fork. With sleeping accommodations for up to eleven guests and plenty of room to spread out, this is the perfect place to create memories with your family and friends. Three out of the six bedrooms include French doors that lead outside - so dreamy, and the ground level has it’s own kitchenette (including a coffee station, refrigerator and microwave) so you don’t even have to walk upstairs for a cup of coffee! Each floor also has its own dedicated bathroom, with the top level bath featuring double sinks and a gorgeous clawfoot tub/shower combo. 

Enjoy a movie or a board game together in the family room, cook a delicious meal in the stocked kitchen (or use the propane grill on the back deck), play some tunes on the piano, lounge on the back deck with your morning cup of coffee, embrace your inner child and take a turn on the tire swing, enjoy a glass of wine and good conversations while roasting marshmallows over the fire pit, or curl up in a cozy corner with a good book… however you decide to spend your time, I promise you won’t want to leave!

Regardless of whether you are wanting to get out and explore or are looking for a relaxing weekend in your pajamas, this home is truly the perfect home away from home. Girls Trip Getaway

Six of us stayed at this lovely little property for a girls trip extended weekend. The grounds are absolutely perfect and the location was exactly what we wanted -- it is far enough away to really get away, but close enough that we could get to Franklin or Nashville very easily. The house is AMAZING! It was super clean with all of the needed amenities. The decorations were perfect and aesthetically pleasing while the furniture fit the decor but was comfortable to hang out and talk for hours. There were 6 bedrooms with a bathroom/shower or tub on every floor. This was perfect for the 6 of us. One notation - when I first looked at this property I originally almost passed because the description said only one bathroom - IGNORE THAT!! There are 3!! I promise. Each bathroom had plentiful toilet paper and had a hairdryer, which was great and one less thing to pack. While we were there, the area experienced TORRENTIAL storms, rain and flooding. The owner checked in often to ensure we not only were safe, but to see if we needed anything at all. Overall - I would say this place is the perfect place for a girls trip or a family getaway. All of the ladies in my group could not get over how stunning the property was and how charming the house was. VERY MUCH RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 100%!!

Perfect Stay for 7 ladies! Book it!!!!!!

Seven ladies stayed here attending an art workshop in September and it was the perfect place for us, convenient to everything. The property manager was very nice and allowed us to check in early as we had a function to attend the afternoon of our arrival. The room downstairs had an issue with all of the rain, but it was taken care of pronto!!!!! Don't wait…book it…you won't regret it!!!!

Perfect Thanksgiving getaway!

We loved the SouthHall home right in town! It was meticulously clean, and very comfy. The beds were great with plenty of pillows, and there were lots of towels and blankets. The kitchen was exceptional with all appliances and utensils that we needed. It was extra special for us because it was my 90 year old Dad’s aunt and uncle’s home. He was with us, and told us that this home was where he first saw and used a bathtub as a little boy! What a memorable week!

Amazing Find in Leiper’s Fork

My family and I recently stayed here over a long weekend while in Franklin for our daughter's wedding. We wanted a place that was big enough to accommodate our immediate family and a few aunts and uncles who had also traveled to Tennessee for the big day. This place was perfect. What you see is exactly what you get here. While the farmhouse may look small from the outside, the inside is huge, with bedrooms on three different levels and tons of space both inside and outside for folks to gather for watching TV, playing games, or just chatting. It is perfectly accommodated with a blend of antiques and modern conveniences. Everything was immaculate when we arrived and so well-stocked, from spa-quality toiletries to fixings for s'mores. The house is walking distance to "downtown" Leiper's Fork and a short drive from Franklin and Brentwood. Our only regret is that we would never have reason to rent such a large house normally, but we would stay here -- or at any of the owner's other properties -- again in a heartbeat if we could.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The combination of historic home met perfectly with comfort and cozy style. Every little detail was absolutely delightful. Even the drive there was a delight. We had a delightful stay and the host was very responsive. If we come back to the area, we would love to stay again.

When can I move in?

First off the house is just beautiful with exquisite taste in the furnishings and artwork. I was taking pictures of the rooms for design inspiration. So clean and well stocked with everything you could possible need. Perfect location to shop in Leipers Fork and enjoy open mic at Fox and Locke. The beds were super comfortable and we all enjoyed a good nights sleep. I wouldn’t change a single thing.
