“Outdated hotel. Bad service. ”

“You will never find a poolside chair no matter how early you go down and the food for lunch is all the same, very little variety. Overall the daytime activities were great, but my teens got bored in the evening. Not much for them to do. ”

“The hotel was beautiful, however there were a few details that were overlooked and some water issues. The whole week we were there we did not have hot water in the shower and were told it was because of the high occupancy. There were also some basics in the room that were missing such as wineglasses, corkscrew and when we asked we were told there would be a delivery charge to get them. The bathrooms at the beach/pool that are shared with the Reef were out of order because they had low water....

“Remarkable and Outstanding”

“The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...

“Rooms were very nice and clean. Property was really well kept and clean. Excellent service. The pools were kind of empty and not super sunny for vacation lying out. Beach was kind of dull, not a lot going on at the pool or beach. Restaurants were good but very expensive. ”
