“I'm not into rating or reviews, but I must bring to attention a couple of things. Let me first point out that during check in the staff was very helpful and courteous. The young man behind the desk explained everything clearly, including the renovations that the hotel was going thru. The room was flawless. Clean and comfortable. The two things I want to point out is one, around 8:45 am housekeeping entered the room. Not a huge problem, but something that should be addressed. Especially if check...

“After staying at Quality Inn Philadelphia, I didn’t think a hotel could be worse. This place managed to be worse. Nothing worked. No tv, no working outlets for charging our devices, no working telephone to reach front desk and when I reached them on my cell phone, they didn’t care. I stayed because I needed rest and sleep so I put up with it. In the morning I was denied breakfast for being a minute after 9 late. Do not stay here.”

“My stay was nice and quiet. Room was clean and neat. I didn’t take advantage of breakfast, I was in town for a college graduation, so my schedule was pretty full. Definitely good for a quick trip alone.”
