Welcome to Sea Turtle Escape, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo located on the 13th floor of Beach Colony East. Recently renovated with brand-new flooring, updated décor, and a modern kitchen, this beautifully designed unit offers a bright, open layout and expansive Gulf views from the moment you walk in. The new sectional sofa in the living area includes a queen sleeper, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 10.

Enjoy family meals at the new dining table for 8, or unwind on the spacious beachfront balcony featuring a dining table with 4 Polywood chairs and 2 cushioned loungers—perfect for watching sunsets or sipping your morning coffee. The primary suite features Gulf views, balcony access, a king bed, jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. A second bedroom with a queen bed connects to a shared bathroom, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed plus two built-in twin beds tucked into a converted closet, along with a private full bath.

This was the perfect place to take in the beauty of the Gulf. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room and everything we needed for the week. 10/10 - would love to come back!

We stayed here for our trip to see the Blue Angels homecoming. Property was well maintained. The condo is fantastic and the kitchen is well stocked. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay.

The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is a gorgeous space and right on the beach. I can’t say enough wonderful things about it. I never wanted to leave the balcony. The pool was great and always clean. Never had any issues with loud guests which was a huge plus. If you want a great and relaxing space this is it. We will come back!

This property is lovely . The listing is accurate and describes everything in detail. We went with friends and had a great time. Everything is updated and decorated beautifully. The view from the large patio is amazing. We saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I highly recommend.

Condo was great with beautiful views from living are, balcony and master suite! Beach was nice except for seaweed which I guess is seasonal from what I have read. We had a few days with no seaweed and water was great! Beach has a fairly steep incline to the the water so can make it difficult to get back out. Pool was very nice and never crowded. Overall, we had a really great time!

This is a beautiful property. Location fantastic. We enjoyed the condo with exception of sleeping. All of the beds need new mattresses. The bed in the master has something broken underneath. I did not lift or to investigate but the bed moved about 30 degrees when one person gets up.you can observe the right side is 30% lower than the left,. For a luxury condo, mattresses should be in great shape. All of them were poor. Ice machine is non functional. Pull out drawer for sponges, etc. at kitchen sink is loose on the right end.

Most of the time You feel underwhelmed and the actual Place is not even as nice as the pictures. This was literally the opposite! It was even better in person versus photos. The location was perfect. Everything was very clean, communication was great.. the view was spectacular! I hardly ever would stay somewhere twice but I will definitely be back! Well worth the money and plenty of space. We had two families, 9 people total and had plenty of space.

I am a Realtor and my husband is a builder. We are very particular about properties and we both fell in love. It is hard to please me. I loved it so much I asked if I could buy the condo. LOL. The living room has been updated with a nice sectional and side chairs, which was a nice surprise from the listing pictures. The overall pictures of condo does not do it justice. The views are amazing, water view from every room. Beautiful sunset view from patio. Easy access into condo from parking and beach. The 2 complimentary beach chairs and umbrella service was very nice and appreciated! The management company was amazing, communication was excellent the entire time. The a/c was not working when we got there. They immediately had someone come evaluate it and had a new unit installed the next day. We will definitely be back. If I had any suggestions it would be to put in a new shower head in master and have the bed looked at. It was very comfortable but I think something is wrong with box springs.

We were very pleased with this condo. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of extras. Beds were all very comfortable. Building maintenance folks were quick to assist with a problem with cable. If you love white sandy beaches, you'll love Navarre!

We really enjoyed 13C and would rent again. Had a problem with ants during our stay but it was taken care of. Also had an issue with the cable/satellite tv and had to trouble shoot that to get it to work. Elevators were also an issue throughout the week. One was out the first two days and it was then working. Then the opposite one quit working. If it were a peak time of the season it would have been very inconvenient for elderly on the higher levels.

The condo was perfect. Nicely updated, nice patio furniture to enjoy the perfect views, perfect views. Communication with the property manager was great. Everything was super easy. Kudos to the property manager for giving us the advice to look out to the turtles and providing red-tint stickers for our cell phone and flash lights to use at night on the beach! We all had such a great experience. Thank you!
