Ideal for a wine tasting, romantic dinner, or a late-night card game, this space sets the tone for your stay.

- **Sunlit Living Room**: Bathed in natural light from skylights above, the living room features a 55” flat-screen TV, Bluetooth radio, and designer furnishings. It’s a perfect spot to unwind with the city’s energy just outside your door.

- **Eat-In Kitchen**: A dream for coffee aficionados, the eat-in kitchen boasts a breakfast table for four and a dedicated coffee pantry equipped with a Nespresso machine, pour-over carafe, French press, and more.

CANCELLATION
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.

After booking, you will receive a welcome email containing our terms and conditions, which must be reviewed and accepted prior to check-in.

AMENITIES:
The home is stocked with several additional amenities such as robes, yoga mats, hair dryers, clothing steamers, travel crib, high-end cooking tools, luxury bath towels and soaps, luxury bed linens and pillows more. If any of these items are missing or damaged, you will receive a charge for additional cleaning or replacement. Photo documentation is provided.

Guest will receive two codes, one for the entrance to the Carriage House and one for the gated entrance to the grounds.
