Favorite stay in New Orleans

My husband and 2 adult kids stayed here for a visit to the city and to see a concert. This property was absolutely perfect. It was hands down our favorite place we’ve stayed in New Orleans. It was walkable to almost everything but far enough away from all the party spots that we weren’t awake all night. The property and building are lovely and had more than we needed to make our stay comfortable. Communication with the property management team was great (even on a Sunday). Make sure and try the Ironworks cafe around the corner for crepes, coffee, and cocktails. It was fantastic.

Excellent location

Everything was exactly how it looked in the photos. The place very clean and offered great amenities with a nice contemporary feel. The building was also nice and quiet as well. The location was close to restaurants in the area that we tried for the first time and really enjoyed ourselves. Overall the place was incredible and we would definitely stay there again.

If you read the reviews; below, we can only agree with what has already been said:we have rented many flats both here and abroad over the last three decades and have very much enjoyed this one.the Warehouse District is a few blocks from the Quarter, but leaves you with great restaurants, the Ogden Art Museum and the WW2 Museum all within easy walking distance (we do not rent a vehicle in NO)The neighborhood is not crowded and the flat's spacious balcony allows for a pleasant evening cocktail and a peaceful night's rest in a comfy bed.The unit is light filled and airy. The kitchen is very nice and user friendly.We'll be back

Great Place/Great Location

Gorgeous place, we stayed in PH1. Place was very clean and put together well. Communication was probably the best I have ever had when renting a VRBO property. Access/Wifi/codes worked just like they promised. One tiny issue that they rectified immediately and perfectly.I would not hesitate to stay here, or recommend their place to others.

Great location and amazing penthouse

The entire process from booking to check in to our stay was exceptional. We needed to store our luggage prior to our check-in, and they had storage lockers available for us in the building, so we can explore New Orleans prior to our 4 PM check-in. Overall, we loved the penthouse unit, and the location of the building. Would highly recommend and would stay here again when we visit New Orleans.

Wonderful stay

From start to finish this was a lovely experience staying at the Port apartment at the Refinery. The apartment was even better than expected (based on the photos and descriptions we had high expectations) and the communications with the support team was very personable and helpful from the time of booking through check out. We highly recommend this apartment/group and will look forward to staying with them again.

Saints Game Weekend

Great property. Great location. Great stay. No parking, but I used public parking garage at 601 Tchoupitoulas a couple blocks away and walked or Ubered everywhere. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful property, good location, but ...

Maybe it's me, but I expect a luxury rental to have toilet paper, facial tissues and towels that are not the sandpaper quality of a Motel 6. A/C that works at the same temperature in all rooms would be nice too. And a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for those of us who wear glasses ... Nicely appointed furniture and decor. Good instructions for the TV. Luggage locker big and easy to access, was a nice amenity.

Great place and we had no problems communicating with management. Asked for early check in less than 24 hours and was accommodated no problem and moved it up another hour when we were in earlier than expected. Will stay here again.
