This upscale home is located in the heart of the Lower Garden District. It is large and can fit your entire group of friends and family with its numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, plus additional versatile rooms that provide even more space and privacy! This condo occupies the second and third floors of the building, meaning you will need to go up one flight of stairs to reach the first level of the condo. Inside, you will enjoy two beautifully designed floors with modern amenities including a heated pool shared with another unit. The professionally designed spaces offer open concept layouts and kitchen and dining spaces perfect for entertaining.

Once inside, the condo itself is composed of two levels. The first interior level of the condo is actually the building’s second floor, and the upper interior level is the building’s third floor.

The Neighborhood:

Our condo is located on Magazine Street on the corner of the Central Business District and the Lower Garden District, one of the most historic neighborhoods in New Orleans. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. The WWII Museum is 2 blocks away. While this charming part of town provides a tranquil refuge from the thrill of the French Quarter, it is truly a destination in itself.



All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.



Getting Around:

Our convenient location and safe neighborhood makes this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the premier Central Business District and the beautiful Lower Garden District while still close to most major sites. We are a 5 minute walk from the St Charles at Erato streetcar stop, and the neighborhood features plentiful on street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 5-7 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter or a 20-25 minute walk.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES



–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!

–The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule.

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.

–Pets are not allowed at this property.

–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

House is terrific for large groups and is well located to all the best New Orleans has to offer….from the Garden District to the WWII Museum and a short walk to the French Quarter. You cannot go wrong here!

Great location

Loved the property and location. The rooms were fine, the beds were great, and the updates were very nice. As in many historic homes the rooms were a bit smaller, but the space was very well used. The living room was amazing for catching up with long time friends that we don’t get to see often. The short walk to the trolly was quite nice, and there were lots of restaurants right by the house. We would definitely return.

Great place in NOLA

The house is very well planned making use of all the space and the open kitchen/ den is perfect for the gathering spot. We enjoyed the large patio doors that let in the light. Each bedroom is comfy and plenty bathrooms made things easy. The only con is parking, which can be tricky to find close to the house, but being Mardi Gras there are more people in the city.
