Welcome to "Maison de Nil," a newly constructed traditional New Orleans double with an inviting open floor plan and thoughtfully designed private bedrooms. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, complete with a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa, boasts an enchanting interior decor that creates an ambiance of relaxation and charm.

Step outside to your own private outdoor sanctuary. What truly sets this property apart is its central location, making it an ideal base to explore all of the city's captivating attractions. Just a short distance away, you'll find the Caesar (formerly Mercedes) Superdome and the lively Smoothie King Arena, catering to sports enthusiasts and event-goers.

When it's time to dive into the heart of New Orleans, the iconic French Quarter is a mere 2.5 miles away. You're also conveniently situated within 2 miles of the historic St. Charles Streetcar line and the captivating WWII Museum.

Immerse yourself in the local culture by leisurely wandering to nearby eateries, enjoying your morning coffee at Starbucks, or savoring meals at a selection of chain restaurants. "Maison de Nil" offers you the perfect blend of comfort and accessibility to relish all that the "BIG EASY" has to offer.

For your protection and the safety of the home, we have active ring cameras in the front of the home pointing to the entrance and street, backyard pointing to the gate and patio furniture and side of the property pointing to the gate and walkway. All cameras record 24/7

There is a $500 fee for disconnecting any electronics including the cameras.
NO SMOKING, VAPING OR DRUG USE IS ALLOWED. IF SUSPECTED THERES A MIN $500 FEE FOR CLEANING
For the security of our guests an access code will be provided via text message 1 hour before checkin.

Upon leaving the house do not lock the bottom lock

Ample free street parking, usually 2 spots in front on the property

This rental unit was beautiful. The photos were to the letter... exactly what you see is what you get. The home felt very welcoming and warm. The home was clean and has everything we needed. The host Ms. Deidra did a great job of replying to any questions we had quickly. I would definitely highly recommend and stay again!!! 😊

We had an unexpected and unplanned trip to New Orleans and our gracious host went above and beyond to accommodate us! Once again, the house was super clean, extremely comfortable and welcoming! It felt like our home! No words can express how grateful we are to have such a caring host! She made sure we had everything we needed! That means a lot as we were attending services for our beloved family member and grieving the passing of another beloved family member! Thank you Deidra, you and your family rock!! We pray your beautiful home is available whenever we come to New Orleans! It’s our home away from home! God bless you and your family! đŸ™đŸœđŸ„°

Well, our lovely host, Ms. Deidra, came through and blessed my family once again! We recently lost a member of our family and had to find a place to stay. Recalling my last stay this past May, I contacted Ms. Deidra to see if her home was available and she responded very quickly! This beautiful home is immaculately clean, newly renovated, has modern amenities, and has the ambiance of being at home! As soon as we opened the door my sister said, “Wow, it smells soooo good in here!” It is also quiet, and we felt safe. Thank you, Ms. Deidra! You are a blessing to us, once again! We really appreciate your kind heart and compassion during the loss of our family member! That meant a lot to us! We will stay at your beautiful home again if you have us! It is our home away from home when we come home to New Orleans! Thanks again!
