Like many areas of New Orleans, the neighborhood is undergoing some renovations just like this house did. Some homes have been completely restored and others are awaiting their salvation! While some spots in the area may look a little rough, we've never experienced any safety issues here and our neighbors are wonderful people!

Sleeping arrangements
The home features two bedrooms, each with soft linens, plush bedding, and comfortable mattresses to ensure restful nights. The classic shotgun layout means rooms are connected in a row, so you’ll pass through one bedroom to reach the next and the rest of the house. This traditional design is part of the authentic New Orleans experience.

Kitchen & dining
Prepare your favorite meals or mix up cocktails in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all the essentials: refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine glasses, and more. Gather around the dining table for a leisurely breakfast before heading out to explore the city.

Located in vibrant Mid-City, you’re just blocks from Trader Joe’s, local cafés, and the streetcar line—making it easy to reach City Park, the French Quarter, and the Superdome. This spot is ideal for festival trips, Saints games, and holiday celebrations.
