Central air conditioning, central heating, and a ceiling fan keep things comfortable no matter the weather.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Two private bedrooms each offer a restful setup with quality bed linens and room-darkening shades to help you sleep in. A Queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides flexible space for additional guests, bringing the home's total sleeping capacity to 4. Two full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and plush towels - everything you need to get ready and go.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick morning coffee to a proper sit-down dinner. Cook with All-Clad cookware on the Kenmore stainless steel electric stove, with a full oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer all on hand. Coffee options include a drip coffee maker and a French press, with coffee provided. You'll also find a hot water kettle, toaster, blender, wine glasses, and baking sheet - plus a complete set of dishes and silverware. Pull up a seat at the dining area inside, or take your meal out to the patio.
 
Outdoor living
The private, fenced backyard and furnished patio are a genuine highlight - a quiet spot to start the morning with coffee or wind down after a long day out. The single-level layout and private entrance make arriving and leaving straightforward.
