The 820 Unit 302 - 2 BR Walk to Bourbon Street!
The Central Business District itself offers great family-friendly fun, from fine arts to museums and fine dining. You will be within a quick 6 min walk to French Quarter, a 15-minute walk to the Audubon Aquarium, 18 minutes to shopping at the Riverwalk, One Canal Place, or the Superdome.
The CBD is also great for business travelers as it is close to all the major office buildings and Federal courts as well as having many nearby restaurants to choose from. How’s that for location?
The space
Summer Special - All bookings through August 31st will receive a free voucher for $100 credit at either the Voodoo Lounge or Olive Restaurant. The Voodoo Lounge is our favorite neighborhood bar and is only 1/2 block away. Yes, you will need to be over 21 to get that voucher. The Olive Restaurant is a great Mediterranean & Lebanese Restaurant located just around the corner.
We offer contact-free check-in and 24/7 virtual support which limits in-person interaction. Our office, however, is only ½ block away so we can be there in a flash to help when needed. We take our guests health and safety seriously and follow the CDC’s guidance in cleaning each apartment when a guest checks out. We then change both the front door and apartment door entry codes so you will be safe and secure. The entire building is managed by us, so we take a personal interest in doing it right and if it is not, please let us know. Each apartment is stocked with initial supplies including hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, various soaps and dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher tablets. We have a basket with bottled water and a few snacks to keep you going if you check in late.

There is no mark-up in the cost for parking….we charge you exactly what it cost us.
