  • Perfekt centralt läge gör att utforska New Orleans enkelt och prisvärd. Historiska Bayou St. John är en av New Orleans säkraste och mest önskvärda stadsdelar.

    Bara en mil snabb Uber / Lyft till French Quarter! Hemma är också gångavstånd till Jazz Fest, Bayou, City Park, Street Car, fantastiska restauranger, levande musik, mässor och kasino.

    Börja dina morgnar bara ett kvarter bort vid berömda CC's Coffee House med New Orleans bästa kaffe och kungskakor!

    En av gatan parkeringsplats tillhandahålls och massor av gratis gatuparkering precis framför huset! Ingen bosatt klistermärke behövs på blocket för gatuparkering.

    Cykla var som helst i New Orleans. En New Orleans "Blue Bike" 24-timmars hyra är ett kvarter från huset. Cyklar kan släppas var som helst i staden.

    Detta stora historiska hem byggdes som en klassisk "Shot Gun" Railroad Style och senare ombyggd för att ge tre privata sovrum och två fulla bad.

    Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng och bifogat badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en annan drottning och det tredje sovrummet har två tvillingar. 2: a hela badet är utanför korridoren. Aero-sängar tillhandahålls också på begäran.

    Hemmet har ett stort kök och underbar matsal. Vackra möbler inkluderar valnöts Grange bitar från Frankrike. Det finns 3 väggmonterade TV-apparater. Snabb och pålitlig WIFI. Netflix, HBO on Demand, DVR och streaming DVD-spelare för varje levererad TV.

    På stranden av Bayou St. John, grannskapet är känt för sin arkitektur, musik, frodiga parker, underbara vattenvägar och fantastiska rätter.

Like a home away from home. The home was beautiful and the updated kitchen amazing. It was a very comfortable neighborhood, great location, and never an issue with parking. The hosts are lovely. Can't say enough good things and we would definitely stay there again.

I genuinely enjoyed everything about my stay at this property. From the time we pulled up into the neighborhood, I felt at home. The property was amazing and spacious, very clean and the hosts were very accommodating. 3 of us stayed and each of us had space for ourselves. The kitchen was great- we were able to cook breakfast and enjoy it comfortably that morning before preparing for the festival. Everything about my experience was peaceful. I would absolutely stay here again!

Property is outstanding. Clean, comfortable. Kitchen was large enough that multiple people could work on meal prep at once. High end appliances and the dishes, glassware and utensils are all in excellent conditions. Convenient to have a qasher and dryer on site. The shotgun style of the house is a great experience. Plenty of room so everyone could have space. The neighborhood is great with restaurants in walking distance. City Park was a great walk and has many things to do. The French Quarter is a short drive but consider Lyft or Uber as parking is not plentiful and the parking time limits are not great to deal with. I would recommend this home to anyone for a great stay

Stunning Home in Adorable & Safe Neighborhood

We have stayed here before and keep coming back! Such a charming home and so well maintained. One of the best rentals we have ever enjoyed throughout the country. The welcoming, eclectic neighborhood has a wonderful vibe. Walking distance to fabulous restaurants and coffee shops. We leave the car at the house (great parking!) and Uber around New Orleans. Only 5-10 minutes to the French Quarter. Can't say enough about this home! Thank you!

Great hosts!

This rental is clean and convenient to all parts of New Orleans. The kitchen gave us an opportunity to make our own meals while also exploring the neighborhood and other areas of New Orleans. High recommend!

Excellent accommodations

We would give this more than 5 stars if we could! The house was so charming! Completely immaculate and the perfect location for our New Orleans vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the outdoor space. The hosts were friendly and communication was great. We would definitely stay there again!

A Must Stay in New Orleans

Great house, great location, great host. Couldn’t have been happier with this place. Host was very responsive and informative both before and during our stay. Only downside was the back yard wasn’t conducive to kids playing; just rocky.

Cutest house in the best neighborhood!

The house was perfect for our stay! It was the perfect location for Jazz Fest and we were able to walk to and from the festival every day. The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group. Lori and Andrew were amazing hosts! They made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and were quick to respond to any messages or questions we had. We will definitely be back next year!

Andrew and Lori were available to answer any questions immediately. The place is beautiful and was super clean. We love the remodeled kitchen and baths. They so compliment the old style charm of the rest of the house. Walkable to restaurants, grocery store, playground, etc. Highly recommend!

Best house EVER!!

Everything was perfect! This house was the most amazing and accommodating that we’ve ever stayed in. The neighborhood was very cute and quaint. I was a little concerned when we booked due to not knowing the safe areas of NOLA. This superseded my expectations. We will rent this house again when we come back!

A great house

Andrew was very attentive and prompt to answer any questions I had. The shotgun house was converted to have private bedrooms and is as described. The neighbor is very cute and a typical middle class NOLA neighborhood. It’s location is ideal to get around to all the hot spots.

Ladies Birthday Trip

Our group traveled to New Orleans to celebrate two birthdays as one of the birthday girls had never been to New Orleans. This location was great as it was close to the airport, Canal Street, French Quarter, French Market and an area we were told about that in all my trips to New Orleans I had never heard about. If you like live music and a little more mature crowd visit Frenchmen Street. The house was homey and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The owners of the home were a pleasure to work with, very communicative and helpful in answering questions about the area. If you are visiting New Orleans I would recommend this home for your stay.

Perfect spot for your NOLA visit

This house was perfect! Safe and accessible street parking allowed for easy access when we arrived. The beautiful, historic home was very clean and amazingly updated. The interior is stunning! Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need if you choose to use the amazing appliances to prepare meals during your stay. The owners were very easy to work with and very timely with communication. Easy access to all the big local areas within a 10 minute drive or Uber. City Park and CC’s coffee add to this lovely area of town. Coffee is just a short two block walk which was a wonderful treat. We felt very safe in and around this property which is very important to know if you’re coming from out of town. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Perfect !

From start to finish we had an amazing trip. Contacted host for lunch recommendation nearby as were arriving early and he immediately offered us an early check-in. East access with door code. House was even better than photos. Amazing kitchen with great appliances. We were in town for Tulane graduation and this was an easy 12minute Uber to both the college and French Quarter. Bedrooms very comfortable and so quiet - we all slept well. Bathrooms modern and spacious. Nice size dining table perfect for 4 of us. Living room could have used an extra chair - not a lot of room even with just 4 of us but that was such a non-issue when everything else was so comfortable and inviting. Hope we can book again for a family wedding next Spring. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable retreat in this energetic wonderful city.
