This lovely property is perfect for a small family or couples to enjoy a fun filled and action packed holiday in the lovely seaside town of Newbiggin-by-the-Sea in beautiful Northumberland. It is a real home from home with a comfortable living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a separate toilet on the ground floor and a spacious utility area perfect for storing bikes. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with super comfy beds and quality bedding, and the family bathroom. To the rear of Westfield is an enclosed garden perfect for your four legged friends or for just sitting and relaxing over a glass of wine planning your next day’s adventures.

Newbiggin-by-the-Sea has a lovely sweeping bay with an un-crowded beach even in the height of summer. Set in the bay is ‘The Couple’ a sculpture designed by Sean Henry. At the end of the bay is the Maritime Centre housing the old lifeboat and a small gift shop and café, and often has art exhibitions. The fabulous 18-hole cliff top golf course has lovely sea views and a bar with a pretty area for snacks. The promenade stretches a mile and midway is a popular ice cream parlour.

Only a few miles away is Druridge Bay and Cresswell with miles of empty beaches and the start of the Heritage Coastline. A little further takes you all the way up to Bamburgh and its iconic castle, and Holy Island which is steeped in history. Northumberland is not only famous for its coastline it also has a highly acclaimed international Dark Sky Park and a trip over to Keilder Water is certainly worth a visit taking in the rugged landscape as you travel. With something to entertain all ages be it beach days, golfing or even some retail therapy after a day exploring and enjoy the comforts at Westfield. Beach ¾ mile.
