Newburyport Historic Brick Two Story Apartment

Welcome to our classic Newburyport apartment. This is a two-Story townhouse located in a historic brick building next to Cashman Park. This location is ideal for exploring our coastal city. Downtown Newburyport with shopping, restaurants and nightlife is a quick eight minute walk away.

This two story townhouse apartment features:
Downstairs is an open concept living room and a kitchen (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig with coffee and tea). The space is 760 sq ft.

The living room has a couch, coffee table a chair and HD TV on the wall. There is a table with four chairs for dining. There's a small desk with a chair for work/studying.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with locking doors for privacy. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a bureau and a closet with hangers for clothes. The top of the closet has extra blankets, linens, an iron and ironing board.

There is a second smaller bedroom upstairs with a twin bed and small bureau.

Upstairs is the three quarters bathroom with a stand-up shower (no tub) and a hair dryer.

Outside the master bedroom there is a shared second story deck that overlooks the park.

Two parking spaces and WiFi are included with your stay.

The basement has a clothes washer and dryer that are not shared with other units.

The place was perfectly centrally located in Newburyport. Very easy to access with coded entry. Our host was very responsive when we had an issue with a left behind item. I also appreciated that there was an iron and ironing board present, as I was there for a wedding.

This apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of town. It is very clean and well equipped, with a washer and dryer in the basement. Newburyport itself is a great little town and ideally situated for day trips to kittery outlets, portsmouth, NH, and more.

Excellent facilities, private laundry in basement, air conditioners in bedrooms and main area. Accommodating and responsive host. The two parking spaces were very much used and appreciated.

The apartment is ok. I found it very expensive for what I got, the bathroom is way too small, kitchen very poorly supplied. The outside of the apartment is in very bad condition, big potholes and very uneven terrains to walk and not enough light in the evening to be able to see where you were walking.

This apartment was perfect for our family for a week's stay. Super clean on our arrival with snacks and other thoughtful touches waiting for us. Jake was easily available for our minor questions and very responsive. The location is an easy walk to Newburyport restaurants and other businesses.

We had a great stay in Newburyport. The condo was clean and comfortable and exactly as described. The location is convenient to downtown restaurants and coffee shops.

Jake and Nancy were great hosts and helped us promptly with all our needs. The location is close to the water, Cashman park (very active and fun!), and a 5 minute walk to town. The apartment was clean and loved the new kitchen. Thank you for the great stay!
