“Loved this cottage! It was exactly as described, close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We rented bikes at Newport Pier, about 4 blocks from the house. They do have a small garage but we parked on the street. My husband and I stayed with our 2 teenage kids.”

Between the grill with propane ready to go and the modern appliances and the well equipped kitchen,dining in was east and fun. Comfy beds, laundry access, and AC unit were great. “We arrived with instructions to retrieve the front door key from a lock box. We opened the lock box only to find it was empty. We called our host numerous times, emailed and texted. We never got a response. We tried to contact hotels.com with no success. We finally were able to speak to someone at The Evolve Team, which is the company that manages this vacation rental. “Perfect spot right next to the beach and walking distance to almost everything! Nicely updated and very comfortable beds and accommodations. The unit was very clean and cozy. Loved the beach toys and bikes. The best part was dedicated parking spot for a tall large vehicle. This was one of the keys to booking as our vehicle cannot fit in many of the typical beach properties. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Thanks! ”

“We had a wonderful time. House was very clean and bed was super comfortable. Loved the location and patio. It had everything you needed for the beach which was huge for us as we flew and couldn’t bring a ton with us. Has ac in every room which was super nice. Parking was convenient and you had your space to park in garage. You could walk to the beach and near by restaurants. ”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean with plenty of enough linens and towels. We loved having 2 bikes and beach chairs in the garage saved us from having to rent. Host was responsive when I had a few questions and took care of my needs right away. I would recommend to anyone that wants a quick get away it is close to the beach and right across the street from the store which makes getting food back to the house easy.
