“Lovely accomadation, everything there for a stress free holiday. Would highly recommend. Location was a short walk to the beach. I cant think of anything you could do better. All good from booking to going home.”

“Great base to explore IOW (by car), nowhere is very far away.Enjoyed visiting Godshill, Shipwreck Centre, Carisbrooke Castle, Newtown Nature Reserve, Freshwater Bay (great waves!), Cowes, Sandown, Ventnor and Shanklin. Also climbed Bembridge Windmill and had lunch at St Helen's beach.Had a boiler breakdown on first morning so had no hot water for 4 days, happened on the Friday so difficult to find someone to repair it. The home owners were very apologetic (no-one's fault) and did all they could...

“Stunning house, perfect for our group of 9 adults Amazing TV in lounge Great having so many bathrooms! If you like walking as we do, the walk to Sandown is highly recommended. House was quite warm would have been good to be able to control temperature other than by opening windows. Location good and bad. Bad when walking after dark but can’t really improve this. Good as nice and quiet.”

“Stunning location beautiful house Although we had a fantastic week all of our was not good as wooden beds creak way too much. Mattresses were comfortable .Divans would be a better option.only thing missing was oven gloves in the kitchen Everything ekse great”

“Well appointed house, ideal for a group or large family holiday. A cafetière would be a welcome addition to the kitchen and a couple of the bedrooms would benefit from privacy blinds as they are overlooked. Also we appreciate that this is a deliberate design feature, but the wonderful balconies having opaque glass means you can’t see the views unless standing up or on a high chair.”

“The space and layout of the house is amazing. Very good for a larger family of 6 adults. The dining room view was very beautiful. The whole house is very well presented and offers great natural light throughout the house. The swimming pool and outside area is fabulous. Our favourite place to be. Great hot tub and my daughter loved the swing seat in the garden nook The bedrooms were a good size and the beds are very comfortable. The modern decor throughout the house is very nice....

“The cottage was very well-equipped, practical, well located and very comfortable beds. Everything worked and storage was great. Loved the nice bedding and towels! Nice that cleaning things and tea/coffee packets were there for arrival etc. We didn't miss anything we needed. Decor nice and lots of local information provided to help us plan and book trips out. The Island was lovely as ever loved Ventnor coastal hikes in both directions and really enjoyed the beaches at Bembridge and Appley! So...
