Denna ljusa nya och moderna villa erbjuder exceptionella tjänster. Den nya uppvärmda poolen på 15 m, med rullande slutare, dess plats bebodd av hundra år gamla olivträd, dess panoramautsikt över kusten och närheten till byn gör det till en idyllisk semesterort. Det är perfekt för 2 familjer och rymmer 10 personer i dess 5 sovrum. Villan, 260 m2 på 2 våningar, är installerad på en tomt på 1600 m2. Det är möblerat med ett stort vardagsrumsbibliotek med amerikanskt kök, stora bildfönster på den möblerade terrassen. 5 stora sovrum (3 dubbelrum, 2 till 2 enkelsängar), 4 badrum och 4 separata toaletter säkerställer din komfort. Den gröna miljön dofter poolen 15x4 m. Villan är anmärkningsvärt utrustad. Musik överallt (flerrumssystem), Steinway flygel, dator och wifi, TV och Blu-ray-spelare, bibliotek och CD-bibliotek. De fjärrstyrda fönsterluckorna, solariet, grillen, terrasserna kompletterar komforten. Den charmiga medeltida byn, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, ligger 5 minuters promenad bort. Lyx, lugn och sinnlighet kvalificerar din vistelse.

Family holiday

Great stay in the house, close walk to town with plenty of great restaurants and food shops. Perfect for families with small children with everything you could need. Amazing pool and garden area!

Villa mit Seele, grandiosem Ausblick und unbeschreiblichem Pool

Wir waren schon in vielen Häusern mit Privatpool, aber dieses hat alle bisherigen übertroffen: Den Morgen auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick starten und abends beenden war einfach großartig. Darüber hinaus ein Pool, der in der Grösse wie Sauberkeit einzigartig war und uns bei fast 30 Grad Wassertemperatur viele schöne Stunden beschert hat. In der Gegen gibt es viel zu besichtigen und anzuschauen, auch Tourrettes selbst ist ein hübscher Ort mit vielen schönen kleinen Geschäften. Einzig für einen Strandurlaub ist es sicherlich aufgrund der Entfernung weniger geeignet, aber das ist einem beim Blick auf die Straßenkarte ja bereits im Vorfeld klar. Lieben Dank für die äußerst angenehme und herzliche Kommunikation mit Agnes.

Great property - Great location

We really enjoyed our stay there. The house is well located and boasts stunning views on the Mediterranean sea. The pool was really nice and the check in / check out process was seamless. Agnès was really helpful and so were the owners. The picturesque town of Tourettes sur loup is just a short 10 minutes walk away where you'll find a lot of great restaurants and bakeries. I can't recommend this place enough!

Spacious house and fabulous views

We had a fabulous stay in this property. Its main selling point is the fabulous views over the pool and down the valley to the Med beyond through the brand new panoramic sliding doors/windows in the living area.The house is spacious (although the kitchen area a little confined in the open plan living area upstairs ) and very comfortable. It is a family home so not surprisingly a little worn in places but certainly gave us a great holiday. Agnes, the manager of the cleaning team, was very keen to pick up on any issues that had arisen during our stay and I have no doubt that even minor points will be acted on. Isabelle and Emmanuelle were also very responsive and helpful in allowing us to access the property earlier in the day than advertised. The house is in a great location for visiting both local hillside villages and the coast (about 25 mins away). Tourrettes (a 5 min walk) is a great village with a good boulangerie and fabulous restaurants. All in all a great property and place for a holiday.

Magnifique villa spacieuse Piscine suberbe

Séjour très agréable dans cette belle villa spacieuse et confortable. Salle de bain privative pour chaque chambre très appréciable. Deux salles de bain très spacieuses. L'espace extérieur avec piscine est sublime. La pelouse synthétique est très appréciable. Les hôtes ont eu la gentillesse de laisser à disposition les jeux d'enfants (livres, puzzle, coloriages). Une magnifique vue. Accueil extrêmement chaleureux d'Agnès qui s'est rendue disponible tout au long du séjour, vraiment adorable. La ville de Tourrettes sur Loup est très charmante et atypique. Nous conseillons vivement cette villa.

Lovely family holiday

This is the second time we’ve rented Villa Emma and again we had a wonderful holiday. As we’ve stayed in this area a few times we felt no need to rush around sightseeing so a lot of time was spent by the pool relaxing which was what everyone needed. The villa is so comfortable and is well equipped. It is quiet with wonderful views from the veranda down to the coast and the various fireworks displays. Agnes (who manages the house) is lovely as is her 4 month old baby Lennie! She is so helpful and can easily be reached by phone if needed. Nearby horse riding lessons were a great treat for the children as was Tom’s Ice-cream in the village. The village centre is about 10 minutes walk each way. The boulangerie produces the most wonderful bread and tarts, the butcher is excellent and the weekly market on Wednesday is well worth a visit. We ate one evening at Clovis (in the village) and also had a great Sunday lunch at La Litote (Vence).

Lovely Stay in Magical Tourettes sur Loup

Elegant modern eco-designed house, well furnished, thoughtfully laid out, tastefully and uniquely decorated, many comforts and books and diversions, beautiful solar heated pool. Very short walk to village, where many great dining options, a stunning old Catholic Church, and excellent markets and stores. Agnes the manager was incredibly helpful and responsive, helped arrange transportation, answered all questions, give us referrals for services and shopping, and also cleaned throughly after the first of our two weeks' stay. The owner was also responsive and helpful, and the house outdid the description. Location and views were to die for. Even with significant tail of the heat wave house was comfortable with fans and blind/window system. We hope to return next year! Pool was also cleaned twice in our stay. Received deposit back from manager evening before our early morning departure, which was a very kind accommodation.

We had a really lovely time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

House was comfortable and pool was great. Views fantastic. Location gave easy access to village. Lighting to terrace puzzling in the evenings- usually went off 3 times before behaving itself!! Gold stars to boulangerie and boucherie. Piano and library were an added bonus as were the cuddly toys (loved by the grandchildren). All in all a wonderful holiday.

Large villa with very nice pool in walking distance of amazing village

We (2 families with 4 adults and 5 kids) had a wonderful holiday in July 2018. The villa is very spacious and well equipped, the pool is brand new, delicate and large, the outdoor ping pong table was a real hit and Tourettes-sur-Loup is such an amazing village. So why "only" four and not five stars? It's the smaller things, like (1) no direct access from the kitchen to the garden and pool area, (2) no view from the pool area (only from the upper floor), (3) lack of air condition (not a big problem, though) and (4) the feeling of living in someone's home. Nevertheless, this is a villa we would be happy to recommend to anyone!

Good property, fantastic location

The location and pool are the absolute best things about this property. Beautiful pool and patio area (if a little cool in the water!); astroturf lawn looks good and is practical but can get very hot to walk on. This 'upside down' house offers stunning views towards the coast, with living on first floor and most sleeping below, was pretty well appointed with an amazing book collection. It worked well for us with grown up children although we weren't aware that one of the double rooms was completely self-contained (used out of peak season as an airbnb). This was a bit of a nuisance at times but not a major problem for our family set up. Living area was excellent and kitchen was good/ok - extensive work surfaces, large fridge freezer and good ovens, a bit light on basic cooking utensils and good wine glasses so we ended up buying a few and leaving for future guests. Some attention is needed to exterior decking area but we understand this is already planned and the stairgate at top of the stairs and handrail are a bit precarious! We did struggle a bit with the heat as the house isn't air conditioned but the lovely and ever helpful Agnes provided us with an extra fan. The location of this house is superb, it's just half an hour from Nice airport and the village of Tourettes is a 6-7 minute walk down/uphill. The village itself is charming and picturesque with stunning views, very well looked after and welcoming. It has good basic shops (Vence's bigger supermarkets just a 10 min drive) and delightful craft and gift shops in its historic medieval streets. We had some excellent meals at some of the village's numerous restaurants. Lots to see and do in the area - we tried canyoning in the gorge (not for the faint hearted!), visited other local villages as well as Monaco and Antibes. A guest/ visitor comments book in the house would have been helpful to provide good tips from previous visitors. All in all we had a great holiday - thank you.

A beautiful villa situated in beautiful surroundings

My family and I had a lovely holiday experience in Isabelle and Emmanuel's beautiful villa, perfectly situated on a mountain in Tourrettes Sur Loop. From the villa's large terrace we enjoyed the tranquility and the wonderful view of Nice / Cannes and the sea, which could be seen from the villa's large terrace. The villa is only 5 minutes. From the ancient medieval city, which is incredibly beautiful and definitely requires a visit. The villa is equipped with all the necessary things you need and much more. We loved staying on the villa's terrace and not least in the large swimming pool. Our expectations were fully met, no problems - all the formalities were ok. A super villa, which we hope to come back to.
