Very beautiful villa with a nice private garden and pool area. Renovated and large house with all the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday. We appreciated the bbq and open outdoor kitchen area and the nice lounge by the pool. Supermarket just minutes away made it easy to do daily shopping. Arno was very friendly and helpful and he has our best recomondations.

Just returned from a lovely few days at Arno's place. We were the first guests at the property after it has gone on the rental market! Booking was easy. Arno is a really lovely and friendly host. He met us to hand over the keys and to show us around. The villa is in a private estate which made us feel very secure. It was freshly decorated and spotless throughout. All new furniture. The communal areas are great and the bedrooms are spacious. The gardens and pool are amazing and we had lots of fun playing boules! There are also 3 tennis courts 100m from the entrance to the villa which you can use for free. The views of the surrounding countryside are stunning and the villa is within easy reach of lots of local attractions. We visited Nice, Monaco, Valbonne, Antibes and Juan Les Pins. We hired a car but Ubers are really convenient and it only cost around 7 euros to get to Valbonne, 18 euros to Antibes. In summary, its an amazing villa in a brilliant location. Thanks Arno!

Stayed a few nights
Had a beautiful few days at Arno’s place. Loved the area and the peace and quiet. The villa was immaculate. It was perfect sitting round the pool and watching the sunset over the mountains in the evening. Loads to do in the area. Arno met us and showed us around which was really helpful. We had our 2 young children and it felt very safe for them with a pool cover, secure garden, high chairs etc. A perfect home from home. Will hopefully return some day!
