“Great place to stay! Great location! Clean. We could have used a dresser in the King bedroom, but we made do with some extra bathroom space. Given the online photos, we had expected a balcony to sit on while relaxing and enjoying some adult beverages, only to be surprised that there wasn't one.”

“Hi We enjoyed the visit in this apartment in New Orleans. Nice and clean apartment with lots of space, and you can walk to the french old town. The pool was not so clean but it was ok. Someone has written that the neighborhood was bad but we didn`t see that”

“Good location. Near street car lines, near French Quarter. Free parking, but we didn’t need a car. Host quick to respond to questions. 6th floor suite was fantastic. Great views, quiet.”

“The house itself was quite nice. Very high ceilings which made it seem open and roomy. I was disappointed that the furniture on the balcony was missing and there were just cushions left on the ground. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but we didn't have any problems. Very short walk to the streetcar. The kitchen could use a few more things, like mixing/serving bowls.Overall, we liked the house. ”

“Great location lots of restaurants in the area , Rouse grocery store is a short walk maybe 5 minutes star bucks located inside of store . Superdome is walking distance .Very clean easy access , walls are super thin , floors are as well, Condo gives New Orleans warehouse feel . Overall it was a great stay . I’m a local resident, location is great for just about everything. ”

“We really enjoyed the location which was one block from the streetcar stop. We could go one direction to the French Quarter and the other to the Garden District. The space is great for a family. Unfortunately, the beds are quite uncomfortable and the furnishings aren't adequate for the number of people it can accommodate. For example, it sleeps 6 but only 4 can sit in the living room.”

Jared was a wonderful host with amazing communication before and during our stay. The condo itself was beautiful, immaculate, great amenities and close to everything. “The seating and furnishings for this property are for 3 people only, there is no desk or work table, and the kitchen was as spartan as any place I can imagine. We typically stay at vacation rentals or hotels with a kitchenette. I’m used to better. This place had 3 coffee mugs, 5 spoons, 3 stools around the only table…. In a property I rented for 4 people! (We ended up being 2 people, but still). We had to hand wash things every day. Sofa was uncomfortable. Not a single real chair except for side...
