“Property is very nice and comfortable for a couple. Loved the neighborhood and surrounding area. Easy travel from Metairie to New Orleans…15 minute car ride. They were repaving streets and sidewalks while we were there so we had to park at the end of the street and walk to and from several times per day. Laundry facilities are outside and down the stairs. Would suggest a light to be able to do laundry in the evening/night. Also would suggest getting a pizza pan for warming leftovers in the...

“Host very nice and welcoming. Studio was very small and had no where to hang clothes. Courtyard was very cute. We ate lunch on the picnic table! This would be better suited for one person. It was clean.”

“Great location for walking Uptown. A longer but doable walk to French Quarter, or catch streetcar on St. Charles. This unit is basic (small fridge, no stove) but served our needs. The rentals set across patio from host's home. Entrance to property is gated. Looks to have plenty of street parking. We did not use hot tub on back porch--though probably should have! Request for more towels was filled while we were out. Recommended for budget stay.”
