“Extremely kind hostess who personally cooked and served a high quality breakfast every morning. Swiss Family Robinson Room, on 4th level of a house on a hill, was beautiful and very comfortable, especially with windows open on cool October nights;”

“I was in town for the women’s basketball 25th year reunion of the best team in school history! The staff rocked our stay! Go Bearcats! 2001-2002 Women’s Basketball team 28-5 record! Conference Champs, Season Champs, and first NCAA tournament win in school history!
Thanks so much for making it another memory for my family! Especially my son! Love you Jax!”

“First off, everyone was so helpful and nice! Every front desk agent and housekeeper that we encountered on our trip delivered the best customer service! One agent even offered to take our picture. This was by far the best hotel that I have stayed at in the city! The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast bar was amazing with a great selection and fresh food options. 10/10.”

“The hotel had everything I needed and wanted: clean beddings, clean and functional bathroom, microwave, water and ice, laundry, vending machine, mini fridge, TV, internet, and convenient location. It shared a parking lot with one of my local friends and colleagues' favorite Mexican restaurant. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Food options at breakfast weren't gourmet or exhaustive (standard fruit, eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal, etc.), but everything was fresh, tasty,...

“Absolutely terrible. Not well maintained, dirty rooms, and the staff lied to us. Expedia said they would work with the hotel manager to get our refund and were unable. I’m very disappointed with Expedia and will never stay at Comfort Suites in Cincinnati again.”

“I booked Firehouse Lofts specifically because the listing advertised a hot tub, which was a major factor in my decision. Unfortunately, my original unit did not have one. Several hours later, I was moved to a different unit that was also supposed to have a hot tub, but that unit did not have one either. Additionally, the second unit did not have the large soaking tub that was available in my original unit.
The back-and-forth process of packing, unpacking, and moving between units took up a...

“Great hotel, great service with Valet and getting to the room. Clean and tidy. Nice room, silent, AC was et to 66 F which to us Europeans is freezing - but that was easily solved.
The only setback was the elevators that took forever in the morning
The surroundings offered very few breakfast places though. And the breakfast menu at the hotel was insanely expensive.”
