Would have been better if the bed settee was not made up as I was a single traveler, rather had as a settee rather than a made up double bed.

âWe enjoyed our three night stay at The Brunswick Hotel very much. We had two rooms for five of us. We particularly enjoyed the dining room with its beautiful view of the sea. SvĂ„rt att förstĂ„ hur arkitekten en gĂ„ng planerade detta, men som sagt det Ă€r charmigt. Dock Ă€r hissen lite lĂ€skig. Stannade pĂ„ vĂ„ning tre utan att dörrarna öppnades alls. Det var sista gĂ„ngen vi tog hissen. Rummet hade mycket snedtak, duschen blev lite knepig, begrĂ€nsad stĂ„höjd och sjĂ€lva kranarna greppade vi aldrig. Men frukosten var utmĂ€rkt, sĂ„ mycket...
âSo glad to have discovered this place- off the main roads. The whole experience was great- staff were lovely, dogs were made welcome too! Like stepping into an Agatha Christie movie, beautiful furnishings of an era in history. The grounds were well maintained and we loved the Monet Garden - with deer resting near the pond, all very magical.

âItÂŽs a really lovely, clean and comfortable hotel with nice staff and owners. The rooms and bathrooms were great and so was the breakfast. We also had a nice drink in the snug bar and breakfast was served with a smile and with beautiful views over the sea and the garden. This will be our favorite stay for our next visit.â
âWe have stayed here before and again got a family room for 3 nights. This one was better than the last one. We did not stay here for breakfast and went to Morrisons instead. There is limited parking at the hotel and overnight parking on the roads available. Ok if youâre off out for the day, they supply towels and a little bar of soap each. You need to supply shampoo etc. very friendly staffâ
âThe hotel has nice staff in the restaurant but otherwise it seemed that they really couldn't care less about taking care of customers. The room was dusty with old nails on the floor and the bathroom hadn't gotten a good cleaning in a long time. When this was pointed out to the staff they brushed of some parts and sprayed airfreshner all over the place. As for the public spaces in the hotel they could really need a brush up, especially the carpets (they smelled).
