“So much compliments for this resort and its amazing staff. From the time we arrived, until the tme we left, all our experiences surpassed our expectations!!! I wish I could name all the staff we came in contact with, but time won't allow it. The fisrt staff were the front desk staff, and they were amazing. Anthaniel and his co-worker (sadly I forgot her name) were first contact with your resort, and from there on, the bar was set very high! We knew we had picked a "20 🌟" establishment!...

“Property was great!! Service was very friendly and cordial. The one complaint I have is our room had a somewhat of a mildew smell even when we had the air conditioning turned all the way to the lowest temp. I don’t know how hard this is to prevent in a tropical environment. But it was definitely noticeable. Otherwise nothing but awesome things to say!”

“Lovely hotel from 1950 still in original style very well kept. The rooms are small but instead you have a large outdoor room with nice sofas and dining table with a view over the very nice and clean private beach. Food and service are also excellent. We also had the opportunity to see new burned turtles. My best recommendation to this hotel. ”

“Amazing beach, Amazing staff, Food is decent. The Asian dishes could be better. The taste is alright but it’s not quite with the right spices or ingredients. The fish and meat dishes are great. Othalite is their best restaurant. The activities on site are fun. Waterskis, wakeboarding, beach volley, tennis. Hobbie cat sailing, the Katamaran Cruise, the snorkling, piano bar, live bands, bonfire etc. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They are part of what makes this place so amazing.”

"A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude. The food were more or less the same everyday. "

Det som var mindre bra var att det är dyrt att åka till och från flygplatsen samt på utflykt. Utflykt till Montego Bay rekommenderas inte. Upplevdes inte alls genuint och väldigt turistigt. Stanna bara på resorten! Ett minus med resorten, men som säkert gäller på alla ställen på Jamaica är att det är väldigt instängt - det går inte att gå på promenader etc för det är inhägnat (pga säkerhet)."
