“It was a nice place nd very comfortable..great bed and ample are to do work. Only two issues: room smelled like it was smoked in and the landline phone did not work so I could not call the the front desk to ask a simple question.”

“I had the worst experience staying here. The room was extremely dirty. The staff promised to have someone clean it the next morning and all they did was make the bed and replace the towels. Shower and floor just dirty af. Molly Loman asked me to email pics to her and the manager Lance.Dubouchet. It’s been a week and no one has yet to respond. Not a good business practice. Very shameful”

“If you don’t want much. It’s bare bones, no coffee pot in your room. Bathroom so small. Breakfast a bagel bar- which is good if you eat gluten.
Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Not sure I’d use a spark hotel again just personally. ”

“The room that we got for our weekend getaway was very spacy. It was pretty clean but there were some dry food stains on the work chair. Beside that, the room was great. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the breakfast was AMAZING. Shout out to Alicia who continuously came around asking if everything was ok with our food and to Shelly who was very helpful and welcoming.”

“Good for the money spent for 2 nights. Breakfast ok, did miss yoghurt though.
A bit disappointing that the hotell asked, verbally and in writing, for a 5 star review and to show this to the reception to get a snack as a reward. This means probably that most of the10/10 reviews are “bought” by the hotel.. ”
