“We enjoyed our stay for a fishing trip. Everything was great but we did have issues with getting hot water. Messaged host the night of but didn’t get a response until the next morning and weren’t able to have a hot shower. Everything else about the house was great.”

“House is a remodeled turn of the century 1900s) farmhouse, with plenty of history and modern touches. Everything we needed to be comfortable was provided. Beautiful property and close enough to town to explore. Enough bedrooms for 8. Quiet place to relax. Will stay again!”

“The house was in a great location and exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable. We were especially grateful for the keurig coffee that was there for our enjoyment. Our host was easy to communicate with and checking out was a breeze. I would definitely stay again if I were to return to Cedar Falls.”

“Cons: Wet sheets in the washer. Dishes in the dishwasher. Only 2 towels in the bathroom, when we booked for 4 people. WiFi not strong enough to watch a show, buffered every 3 min. Moldy air conditioning unit in the window in March: Letting in barking dog noise and cool air on a cold day. Very squeaky bed/uneven mattress. Had to check out early due to blizzard / 6-8 inches of snow coming, no option for even a partial refund. Maintenance needed on bath towel rack.Pros: parking spot, location in...
