“We had a wonderful stay for my 30th birthday! The location was very convenient to downtown Venice and was walking distance from the restaurant we chose for dinner. The property itself was very clean, and the host was very kind and helpful with any questions we had. I would love to stay here again in the future!”

We were there for Rose Parade. we had seats in grandstand and were able totake Uber for 20 BUT house is located 4 blocks from from end of parade route so we saw end of parade again.Also walkable to Float fest (view floats day after parade). Kitchen could use some restocking: chipped plates, only 4 glasses/cups, no salt, oil... Clean quiet, off street parking. ”

“We were welcomed, getting there and accessing property was a breeze. The parking was great and nice to have 2 spots for cars.The good things were location, price and responsiveness of host.We had coffee pods available (but no coffee maker) and tea, paper towels and laundry detergent.What needs some upgrade are the beds. They are slat bed frames with a flimsy mattress (no box spring), sheets not great, made for hot bedding. The fireplace is not functioning. We bought an ice tray and fixed the...

“Had everything we need. Besides some dust behind the TV and around the toilet area it was clean and the neighbourhood was very nice. Lots of familys walking dogs or with children. Over all I loved the property and would rent in the future”

“Overall my stay was fine but this space would be absolutely lovely and five-stars if it weren’t for how dirty things were upon arrival. Knives, forks, and mugs had food drippings (?)and smudges on them. Wall handles for the towels/toilet paper were falling out of the wall. Stains and food and grime on the couch and looked like someone sat on the top of it right before we came? I found a nymph roach in the guest shower. It felt like the only thing that was cleaned before we arrived were the beds...
