There was a cute coffee shop right around the corner and grocery stores within a short drive. The kitchen was large and very well-equipped with older but functional stuff. “Very nice place, easy walk to green lake and link station. Host super nice and responsive. Easy parking and quiet street. The bed was very wobbly and made a lot of noise, I believe it could be foxy by tightening the screws. The bathroom rug should be washed or replaced. I would recommend staying there.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Mona's place! Our party was multi-aged, including an 11yr old and an elderly grandparent with mobility issues. There were plenty of beds for everyone & we enjoyed the home's calm atmosphere and lovely outdoor deck. There was more than enough parking for our three vehicles - quite a find in Seattle! This home is just 10 minutes from the University of Washington (important for us, as we were in town for UW graduation), in a friendly neighborhood full of dog-walkers....

“New townhome with 3 levels; master on 3rd floor Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Parking on street worked well. Restaurants within a 1-2mi drive. Close to UW. Definitely recommend.”

“While there are other hotels nearby, I always prefer to stay here when visiting Seattle. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to UW campus and the Link Station. It is consistently clean, has kitchen and plenty of seating areas downstairs. Breakfast is served daily. Staff are friendly and professional. If staying with a car, they have secure parking for a fee. My only issue during this past stay was the vanity sink draining ever so slowly. Hopefully, they resolved it after...
