“Staff was friendly, room was very spacious and clean, breakfast was nice. Only one elevator to the guest rooms was working, which wasn’t really an issue, it just made for longer waits during breakfast time. ”

“The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that ”

“A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed”

“Stylish hotel near the Pioneer Square and the waterfront, walkable distances to other sites like Pike Market and even the Space Needle if you do not take the Monorail from Westlake for just one stop. The connexion with the airport is by light rail. The hotel is also close to the King Street Train station if you want to take the Amtrak to Vancouver for ex. The only thing is that the restaurants close very early at 9 or 9:30 and the streets are almost empty after 10. I was told that this is...

“My friend and I stayed one night as part of a "Staycation". It was a small room, but we expected that, and the space was used very well - comfy bunk beds! Lots of fun and quirky amenities and decor. We also enjoyed a drink in the bar. There was some street noise, but again, that is expected based on the location, which can't be beat. ”

"Stayed at Hotel Max during a weekend trip to Seattle. Great location that is near the light rail and within walking distance of several tourist attractions and interesting neighborhoods. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Room was spacious but felt a bit dated and some debris, maybe part of the filter, came out of the air conditioner. Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again."
