There is NO Air conditioning, There is NO coffee, Towels are Small and trashy, There are no Waste baskets or garbage cans in the room And the cost would suggest that these items exist....most people renting a room in this price range expect these basic things. It should be advertised that they aren't included because once you have rented the room and find out these things aren't in existence, you feel that you have been ripped off.”

“Everything is just perfect. Nothing to complain except one thing which is the cleaning fees for two nights is overpriced and crazy. Also, the pots and pans need to change. That’s all. ”

“I'd give this place a 9/10, I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Seattle again. The room is great and had everything I needed (and more - I never even used the stove). It had a fridge, cutlery, microwave, toasters and other kitchen tools that I barely even touched. The TV system was also top notch with a large variety of streaming services and regular TV. The Ballard area is a far cry from the at-times chaotic downtown Seattle, it is a calm neighbourhood with great restaurants,...

“Although we had a brief stay, It was a lovely and comfy stay. Josiah was extremely responsive to my many questions. And the instructions from checkin to check out were clear to follow. Location was super close to where we were working and had a lot of yummy food nearby. I highly recomend this place for anyone visiting Seattle.”
