"This is a beautiful heritage hotel that I can truly recommend. The architecture, ambiance, and overall atmosphere are lovely — you really feel like you’re stepping into a piece of history. We only stayed one night, but I easily could’ve stayed longer if we’d had more time. Unfortunately, due to thunderstorms, we didn’t get a chance to try the pool. The experience overall was good, but service brought it down slightly. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and while the setting was nice, I was served grilled chicken that was half raw. Initially, I was told I would only get a 50% reduction since I had eaten a few bites, but in the end they agreed to waive the dish. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it could have been handled more professionally. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, but again, the ambience of the property makes up for a lot. It’s a peaceful and memorable place to stay — and despite the hiccups, I warmly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something with charm and character."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times. This time I noticed that the house keeping is not up to the mark. I had an unclean toilet, half full water bottle from a previous guest. The room had carpet which is NOT clean and must be replaced by wooden flooring in a warm place like Delhi. Again I think the hotel management is the culprit."

"The hotel is conveniently close to the airport. Staff is very service minded. Room shows some signs of wear and tear but are clean. The Aruba WiFi access point is placed in a way that the green flashing light shines in the face of whoever is lying in the bed and disturbes sleep."
