“They did not recognize the reservation from hotel.com. Took 2+ to checking and kept us waiting. Same for checkout. Food is great. service is good. There should be some arrangement for pickup from airport. Its difficult to get to the hotel as there are lot of roadblocks from local cops. If you have heavy luggage its difficult to get to the hotel.”

“We choose this desert camp because of it’s size, with only 10 tents, which provided a wonderful stay as it felt small and intimate. The owner and staff were lovely, and the owner is working hard on their eco friendliness both in camo and the surrounding lands. Evening entertainment was provided, which was wonderful, along with a large fire pit and sand dune activities for those who wanted them. “The staff was helpful but the facility sucks. These were touted as luxury tents with attached toilet and bath. The toilet was non-functional. Right there this facility can only get a 0 on any rating scale from me. The linen was old and had not been changed. Imagine sleeping in a luxury tent on linen that has not been replaced. The tent itself was very dusty. The evening cultural program was nice. The ambience was decent. And as I said some of the staff was trying to be helpful within the limits...
