"Quark is quite literally a diamond in the rough. The hotel and staff were great. The family suite was excellent and the pool and playground were enjoyed daily by my kids. The only negative is that the surrounding area feels like a slum. Derelict buildings, construction etc. Once you walk 500-1000 meters it feels nice again. I would advise this hotel especially for families looking for a nice base."
