Resorter i Norra New Mexico

“We stay here every time we pass through. The rooms are wonderful, large and comfortable with a really nice bathroom. We love this place. And the price is great, Like all hotels should be. ”

“This is a beautiful resort! We enjoyed the salt water pool and hot tub. Although the restaurant was closed during our stay the bar food was delicious! We had an incredible stay and would definitely recommend!”

“I booked a 5:30 p.m. spa treatment and told the staff at booking that my phone had no service anywhere on the resort property. While I was soaking, the spa called at 4:51 and 5:02 p.m. to say the therapist could not arrive on time and ask if I could move to 6:30. I saw the messages at 5:15 but still had no service to call back. When I arrived at the spa at 6:15, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I had not responded. I understand that a new time might require confirmation, but...

“The facility is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms were large and included high quality toiletries. The spa was fabulous! Room for improvement with the towels as they were very scratchy. Had an issue checking in due to a change in reservation with Expedia but front desk was not very helpful until a manager intervened after 20 minutes of hassling.”

“Rancho Encantado is the ultimate Southwestern getaway. The property is stunning, nestled quietly in the foothills away from the downtown noise. Having a private patio and cozy wood-burning fireplace made our casita feel like a home away from home. Impeccable Four Seasons service throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and reset in Santa Fe!”

“Hotet ligger helt fantastiskt, på landet men 10 minuter till centrum av Santa Fe. Allt är snyggt designat, det brinner i alla brasor och personalen har ett leende hela tiden. Vi reser väldigt mycket, men här längtar man inte hem.”
