“Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”

“Due to the terrible pillows, a couple questionable spots on my towel, signs aging on the building exterior and the way the parking lot is set up, I had to take at least one star off. Otherwise, the staff is kind the water and the shower stays hot and the room smelled clean and the size of the room and bed were impressive. For what my wife and I paid, I'm not upset.”

“Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

“Initial room had a smell & bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. Pubic hairs were all over the shower curtain. Neither was the floor mopped. Carpet smelled of urine. Staff moved us to another room upon request. We then requested our new room to be cleaned during our stay & was told cleanings had to be “scheduled” in order for the room to be cleaned. Asked for fresh bed sheets to put on ourselves at the least- it was like pulling teeth to get new sheets. Overall the staff were nice as well as the...

“Amazing! They had everything I needed and were so flexible as I almost needed to extend my stay due to the storm. The vibe was great, very cool and seamless check in and access. Close to everything needed. I will definitely be returning! Can’t wait.”
