“Right on the beach! Very spacious! Very clean! Open floor plan, good outdoor space with outdoor shower! Bedrooms are spacious. Overall a great property for a family vacation!!!!”

“The property itself is beautiful with amazing views and direct access to the ocean, but we have to warn future renters about a serious issue with power reliability. We stayed 3 nights and experienced power outages for more than 50% of the time on every single night of our stay. This meant no AC, no wifi, no refrigerator, and significant disruption to sleep throughout our visit. The property does not have a functioning backup generator, and it is not listed as an amenity — so there is no fallback...

“This property was amazing! The pictures do not do it justice, we were in awe after our check-in and had a chance to walk around and look at all the rooms. The location could not have been any better either. We had access to a few pools and a private beach. The beach was the best I’ve been on. The water was crystal clear, it was not crowded, and there were beach chairs available daily. I would say it is definitely a must to rent! We will be back for sure. Mike was amazing, he answered all of...

“Perfect place to spend 2 weeks in the Bahamas! I was mobility impaired for this trip so I will say that was a challenge but I am glad the property was on the first floor. The neighbors upstairs did get a bit loud but other than that the property was just as described. I did not like having to pay extra for the amenities such as the adult pool and gym. It was an additional cost which was told to us beforehand. The pool that we had access to that was free had no umbrellas and with two infants,...

“property was in gated community as listed. felt extra safe. quiet spot on the island as listed. private beach. beautiful surrounds. lots of extras at villa. seaweed rakes up each morning - who does that these days … they do. we also had a boating excursion from next door palm cay marina - be sure to ask any excursion company if they can pick you up from there. we hope to be back … it was that GOOD.”

“The property was super nice. Backyard is literally the ocean, we got to fish a little bit and kids enjoyed the pool and it was nice and quiet and relaxing.”

“Our time in the Bahamas was top tier! We had a fabulous time on our family trip. The home was immaculate and Michael was SO easy to work with! My girls snorkeled directly off the beach across the house, we”

“The host Alicia was amazing. So, so helpful. The property itself is absolutely amazing. Spotlessly clean, perfect and new appliance and so close to the water you could crawl there. The area is fantastic too. There's a nearby restaurant, a convenience store and theres bike and kayak rental directly across the road. I cannot recommend this place hughly enough!”

“The house was as advertised! Catherine responded quickly and provided so much vital information about activities, private chef, taxi, etc. The Mango tree was the added bonus!!”

“Everything about this place and it’s owner is great! Thank you!”

“Spending the week at KettleStone was a dream vacation! Micheal and his staff were excellent from communication, accommodating our needs and just being wonderful hosts! We truly could not have asked for a better trip! Everything is world class and they have thought of everything to make your experience as stress free as possible! We will be going back and experiencing this dream location next year! Zemi’s cooking is absolutely incredible and Micheal’s attention to detail shines through his...

“Great place. Great host. Would definitely stay again.”

“What a fantastic trip! The condo was exactly as advertised, with the ocean just steps from the back deck. Mike was communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout the time leading up to our rental. We didn't feel the need to purchase access to the Palm Cay Club during our week there, as the beach directly in front of the condo was every bit as beautiful as the one by the clubhouse. We did rent a car and were very glad we did, as it made exploring the island much easier. We would absolutely...

“Everything was absolutely great and beautiful. ”

“Terrible place to stay, a/c did not work in front bedroom upstairs from 1st day. A person came out the next day after reported to fix it so room could not be used until then. Dishwasher was broke when we arrived . Then maintain was called and they came out to fix it but the next day it was broke again. Rust around the patio roof. Wooden steps not nailed down going down to the beach either. Another grandson fell. Safety hazardous there. Oven did not work all week. One of our grandsons fell...

“Super clean and affordable villa. Great for exploring and close to some lovely beaches. Only 20 minutes drive to Nassau. The owner has a great eye for details that make the place very comfortable. Near the supermarket and with a nice kitchen. ”

“Our family of 12 was very comfortable and enjoyed every moment. The ocean view is picturesque! Guy was very responsive and communicative. He attended to our needs promptly. The house was immaculate with great amenities . Guy’s guide was so helpful with recommendations including transportation, restaurants, and activities for the whole family and children. This was the best vacation for our family and definitely would like to return.”

“Pros - The location, the view, pool guy came out every other day, decently cleaned but could use a deep clean, the lay out and size of the unit is great. Showers were great. Kitchen appliances worked well. Balconies with a beautiful view. Washer and dryer worked decent.Suggestions - AC upstairs needs to really be repaired. It didn’t work for us all week. They didn’t even discount our stay and it was a solid 80-84 degrees upstairs. In the kitchen there wasn’t scissors or a cooking sheet for...
