“This unit looks just like the pictures. It was really well stocked with dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel too. I didn’t cook much but there seemed to be a good selection of pots, pans and utensils. The backyard was nice with Adirondack chairs and a picnic table. It’s a residential neighborhood but there are lots of restaurants nearby and it’s only a 15 minute drive from downtown.i would stay here again next time I’m in Austin.”

“The house was great! Had everything we needed, literally. Our host was about 40 minutes late sending our door code but WAS SO APOLOGETIC!!!! She sent a few Im sorry texts and then a gift basket. Location was great too. Short trips to anything and everything. ”

“Great location!! We walked to the university, the capitol, moody amphitheater, congress & 6th street, even across the river. Great coffee shop blocks away too. You don’t need a car if you stay here but the parking is right next to the front door so that’s easy too. The roof deck is such a treat. It feels like a treehouse, you even climb a ladder to get there. There’s shade & a breeze, perfect for relaxing after exploring. There’s another shady deck on the first floor and an adorable book nook...

“The property is absolutely beautiful, spacious and welcoming. It was fully stocked with our necessities and truly felt like home away from home. Not only that but let's talk about convenience. We just walked right across the street to the huge grocery store to stock up on the nights we wanted a low key night in. I had some issues, initially getting in, due to my own issues and when I reached out to the property managers, they were so kind and empathetic and made them selves available to help me...

“We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The check-in/checkout process and communication was all so easy. The unit itself was even better than expected, very clean and plenty of room for all of us. There’s not much within walking distance of the property itself, but it’s easy access off the highway and a short drive/Uber ride to downtown. Would definitely return in the future!”

“The house is actually bigger that what the pictures show, and I feel like that never happens with an online listing. The style and decor throughout the house feels like a super swanky, boutique hotel. We comfortably slept 16 friends and family members. The main floor living room/kitchen was the perfect hang space at the end of a night out. The only drawback is there's only 1 bathroom on the main floor that is supposed to service the 8 people that sleep in the basement. All the upstairs rooms...
