“Had to urgently check out due to poor management. Came back from the office one day and could not enter the room because of extreme smell of thinner. It was like someone emptied an entire bucket of thinner in my room. Staff or management did not care to resolve problem. The only offer i got was to move into a room where a guest just left, room was not cleaned from the other guest. Checked out and went to other hotel. No explanation from management, eventhough they promised to call me.”

“Great service and amazing value for the money. My only complaint is that the entire hotel (even upper floors) smelled so strongly of chlorine. It couldn’t be a safe amount in the pool. Must be hazardous for the safety of the employees smelling it everyday.”

“Loose towel shelf in bathroom”

“Weird. Inhospitable. Check in strange. Room wasn’t great. Sleep was not great. The wi-fi cut out very often. One do the worst wifis i’ve had at hotels. And although the checkout staff was kind and offering something for the inconvenience it just didn’t feel right. Shower smelled something. Asked for a cleaning but came back to the room uncleaned. They tried to offer coffee upon checkout but it was tasting almost regular. Something wrong. No idea. Area was not pleasant to me. Not walking or...
