“The hotel was overbooked and no one reached out to me or notified me of this problem. Upon arrival the hotel employee tells me that she has emailed me in Expedia and personally no such email or message existed. It took 45 minutes to get validation that she was canceling my reservation. I then had to find another hotel and pay double the price. Very poor communication and customer service.”

“Location is quite nice, 15 min walk from tram. It is very noisy in the surroundings. Both permanent residents and hotel guests use the building. Our neighbour had a party both our nights with loud music all night so we got zero sleep.. Upon arrival we found nails, hair and several bugs inside the apartment which wasn’t nice. Also we found private belongings and dirty laundry from pervious guests. Other than this the apartment was nice and I can recommend eating at Maples restaurant near by....

“We pulled into the parking lot that was too small for a vehicle to get down the alley. People in the parking lot were doing profound things and we were so nervous we never even got out of the car! The pictures are deceiving and I would never stay here! We never even got out of our vehicle and immediately left, resulting in a fee to stay when we did not! "They had missed cleaning the room enough, after someone had probably puked. I showed a photo at the reception, and they only said ”sorry about that”, and there were no compensation whatsoever. They also called us to say that we had unpaid bills, just so we ”knew”, before checking out. It was 8 USD, they had not been able to charge. I called Amex to check, and they could see that they had tried, but it was not Amex who denied using the card, but Hyatts terminal according to Amex. Really disappointed!"
