“This hotel is really nice but we’ve stayed here a handful of times. Every time we have stayed and prepaid with hotels.com. They tell us it’s overbooked and they try to move us from a king room to 2 full size beds. My husband is 6’3 and can’t possibly sleep in a full size bed. I just wish you get what you pay for. I hate I have to even tell them no we do not want to stay in a room type we didn’t book. Especially for how expensive it is. It’s not good guest service. Everything else is great, the...

“Överlag en bra vistelse på detta hotell. Stort och fräscht hotellrum och bra frukost enligt amerikanska mått. Läget var bra, nära till shopping och endast en kortare bilresa till Downtown Dallas.”

“Nothing bad to say. Wasn’t the best either. They had breakfast which was decent. The staff was very friendly and it was very easy to get into town with an uber.”

“The room we were given, the AC wasn't cooling. The maintenance man came up and tried to fix it, but it still wouldn't cool. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she gladly gave us another room. The second room was nice and cool and clean like the first one. It was a great experience. All employees were accommodating and very nice including the housekeepers, maintenance, bartenders and breakfast crew. We will definitely come back when we come to Dallas and highly recommend anyone...

“Nice clean rooms with everything you might need. Fully equipped kitchen, even a dishwasher. Comfortable beds. We were also surprised over how quiet the rooms were. The breakfast was very good, especially that the chef made omelettes your way and the fresh fruit. Overall a very nice hotel for the buck. Would definately stay here again if we were to come back to this area.”

Gymmet och träningsmöjligheterna är fantastiska, gymmet öppnar 05 på morgonen med olika pass under dagens lopp. Personalen är mycket serviceinriktad och trevlig och hotellområdet med omgivande parkområde är lugnt och välskött. Frukosten av kontinental karaktär är bra med amerikanska mått.”
