Escape to this inviting 2-level home nestled in the mountains, offering stunning views and plenty of space for up to 10 guests.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT
MAIN LEVEL
- Bedroom 1: Master Suite with a King-size bed and private ensuite (3/4 bath).
- Bedroom 2: Cozy Queen-size bedroom.
- Full bathroom conveniently located on the main floor.
- Fully equipped kitchen with dining area with 9 seating capacity.

LOWER LEVEL (BASEMENT)
- Bedroom 3: 1 Twin bed, 1 Full bed & bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top perfect for kids or extra guests.
- 3/4 bathroom is also in this floor.
- This room is also equipped with variety of gaming items and equipment, ideal for entertainment and friendly competition.

OURDOOR AMENITIES
- BBQ Grill for easy outdoor cooking and family meals.
- Outdoor Hot Tub – unwind and soak in the mountain views after a day of exploring.
- Outdoor Fireplace for cozy evenings under the stars.
- Covered Picnic Table – enjoy meals or relax in the fresh mountain air, rain or shine.
- Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (driver's license)
- The booking guest required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and before arrival.
- Dogs are allowed - You can bring up to 2 dogs. They will be subject to a $50 pet fee each. The breed and size of your dog are required.
- No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
- If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)
- No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
- No fireworks
- There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only
- Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 pm-7 am

Clean and spacious

We had 6 adult and 4 children and there was enough space for everyone. Never felt crowded. Just what we needed for a weekend getaway. Jeremy checked in and made sure we were all set which was thoughtful

Clean property but headache of a stay

While the home was clean, the experience at this property was extremely poor. Upon our arrival, the access code to the property we were given was incorrect. We eventually were able to get in contact with the host where all they said was “we’ll contact our team and get back to you.” After waiting 45 minutes outside the property, they finally gave us a code that worked. While getting settled, we heard chirping from the fire alarm in the basement. We contact the host to let them know and they suggested to change the batteries. We did that and it caused the fire alarm system to go off throughout the house every half hour. Again, we contact the host and all they said was “we’ll contact our team and get back to you.” While waiting for a solution from the host, we found the wifi was not working and also discovered one of the showers had no water to it. Yet again, we had to contact the host and we were given the same response “we’ll contact our team and get back to you.”It was hours before we were forced to follow up with them again. They still had no solution for us. It wasn’t until the second day of our two night stay they finally said a tech would be out to ‘fix the issues’ that evening. They expected us to change our plans on our trip to be around to let the maintenance techs in. If you ask me, your guests should not be responsible for fixing your property issues.The home was clean and the location close to town was great, but what a headache of a stay it was.

Girls’ Getaway 2025

We had a great time at this house! It was a perfect size for the six of us. It had plenty of room for socializing or quiet time and was very clean.The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed as well as being organized.The three full bathrooms were perfect for all of us ladies.The location was off the beaten path so it was wonderful for our morning walks, yet very close to all the highlights that North Conway and the beautiful White Mountains has to offer.We would recommend this VRBO listing to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay and yet nearby to all the local attractions.The only criticism that I can give, and certainly not one that interfered with our stay, was that the outside of the property could use some sprucing up as there are some lovely plantings but is somewhat overgrown.Also, I want to give a shout out to Sara who came to put the air conditioning units in the bedroom windows. She was prompt, helpful and friendly.Thanks, Sara for a comfortable night’s sleep!

Beautiful home!

The house was beautiful! Many sleeping options, clean kitchen utilities, cozy basement and clean hot tub! Host was very nice! Although we didn’t need anything, he did check in once to make sure everything was going smoothly! Extremely close to Settlers Green and other places downtown North Conway!

Conway Getaway

This rental was a fantastic property with all the space a group of friends or family could want. The number of beds and baths significantly benefited our sleeping and daily living arrangements. The rental's amenities, including a hot tub, grill, outdoor deck/seating, etc., were also a huge win. Additionally, the property was very clean, comfortable, and close to town! My friends and I made a lot of great memories and had a ton of fun while staying here. I would highly recommend it to others and would definitely stay again in the future.

Awesome weekend getaway!

We had an absolute blast at this incredible home! With plenty of space and versatile sleeping arrangements, it was perfect for our family weekend getaway. The central location was a huge bonus, just minutes from Cranmore, Attitash, and all the amazing attractions North Conway has to offer. Our host was fantastic, checking in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. We can't recommend this place enough - we'll definitely be back and will encourage friends and family to do the same!
