"The room served it's purpose and has A/C which was divine in this heat. The lobby is calm and inviting. However, to our disappointment we were not given any information when checking in that purchasing luggage storage was non-refundable. We first paid 15€ for ONE item, found that it was an insane amount of money and wanted to do a refund since we found cheaper storage next door to the hotel. The staff from the night before told us to ask the morning staff, none mentioned it was non-refundable which led us to believe it would be no problem to sort. When checking out we were told it was non-refundable and they couldn't do anything about it. This might be the case but it's a ridiculous policy with service in mind. Of course these things should be refundable, or atleast waaaay more transparent when checking in. Keep all of this in mind when booking. There are way cheaper options for luggage storage."
