“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area.”

“We were unsure due to the address on Spit Rd, BUT it was fantastic! Double glazing and no sound overnight. Slept so well. Comfortable for 4 x adults. Parking onsite was so good. Close to Balmoral Beach and we loved it to stroll around. Would recommend and return. Thanks! ”

“Great village location very leafy with great cafes & local shops. Communication with the host was difficult, finding the lockbox inside the mailbox without clear instructions was a nightmare.Aphoto or short video would help. The walls are paper thin and the halls echo with every footstep.”

“The apartment was clean with modern decor. Directly opposite the beach at the end of the Esplanade; it is in a great location for visiting the beach. We parked our hire car in the back. The driveway is a bit tight for larger vehicles but ok. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

Nothing in the description mentions the amount of stairs (you need to go down two flights to get to the outside of the building, then up three flights to get to the unit), which is not ideal with luggage.
